Dr. Robert Pfluger testified to Congress on August 2, 2012 in Springfield, Illinois.
He presented his testimony before William M. Windsor, Producer/Director of Lawless America…The Movie and a candidate for the United States House of Representatives from Georgia’s Sixth Congressional District.
Dr. Robert Pfluger is a victim of Government Corruption and Judicial Corruption. One of our fundamental rights is supposed to be to petition the government for redress of grievances, but Dr. Robert Pfluger merely protested what he believes are illegal acts by the U.S. Government, and a state court judge took away his license to practice dentistry solely because Dr. Robert Pfluger exercised his Constitutional rights.

My name is Robert A. Pfluger. I am a retired dentist by force of the government. They took away my inalienable right to my pursuit of happiness. This is my story
In the early 80s there was a man who came to Rockford, IL and he gave several lectures about the evils of our government. He called himself John Freeman. That was not his birth name. He had a Russian name which I donāt remember.
He told us how we provoked Japan to attack us at Pearl Harbor by blocking their trade to the Netherlands. How two generals stationed at Pearl flew to Washington to warn the President of the imminent attack by the Japanese and that the order the President had given to keep the ships in the harbor and not disperse them was the wrong order. The two Generals were put under house arrest and released after the bombing of Pearl took place. They both signed affidavits to that effect.
This seemed to be hard to believe but John Freeman had the power of persuasion. He seemed to be telling the truth. Why would he lie? I believed him.
He also told us about the collaboration of the sinking of a ship full of American passengers in order to arouse the anger of the US citizens so we could enter the war. I believe it was ww1
He told us the government was stealing from us in violation of the Constitution. He showed us the Supreme Courtās decision in Citizens Savings and Loan vs. Topeka. In that casethe Court stated that the Government could tax the people for government purposes only and could not tax for the benefit of individuals by giving them the tax monies in any way shape or form
A number of people recognized that to cooperate with stealing is as wrong as stealing itself and we all were cooperating with the governmentās stealing by giving them monies in filing our tax returns. So they refused to file their Tax Returns and some went to jail. Some relented under pressure from the I.R.S. and filed their returns and paid the penalty.
I being the honest guy that I am did it the right way. I paid my tax and then filed for a refund. That is the way the government says to do it.
At the trial I attempted to bring up the Supreme Court decision of āTopekaā and the Judge, Stanley Rowskowski, immediately fined me $1500.00. I protested and stated, āIf this case has ever been overruled by the Court than let the U.S. Attorney bring up the caseā
The judge looked me in the eye and stated. āPfluger, you havenāt learned your lesson yet.ā He then fined me an additional $3000.00 and told me that I could not use the Courts again until this fine was paid. That put an end to that Court Case.
I paid the fine because I was honest and I believed in our government. If I was fined by a Federal Judge, I must pay the fine. That seemed to be the right thing to do although I was confused. I refused to entertain the thought that a Federal Judge could be wrong- could be crooked. I must be wrong somehow. My thoughts became circular. I went over and over again to the same subject. There is something wrong here. What the Judge did to me did not seem right. I must be wrong. But I seemed to be right. I did no wrong. My thoughts did not advance but kept saying the same thing over and over. There was no answer. I could not move forward in my thinking. I was stuck. I could not entertain the thought that a Federal Judge was wrong. I then got depressed and have been treated for depression ever since.
I was told by an attorney from Milwaukee, Joe Weigel , that I was lucky. He said that if an attorney had brought up that case he would have been fined $100,000.00 and or lost his license to practice law.
Wow. What a revelation. This attorney knows about the corruption.
I asked another attorney Jim Zuba, if a judge could refuse to hear a Supreme Court Case in a trial and he said no he could not. Jim worked for the Courts for awhile and left. He is now a divorce attorney.
In addition because I refused to cooperate with the stealing the government does via the income tax the IRS claimed I owed them millions with interest and penalties.
I could no longer support my government voluntarily by sending them monies. My allegiance is to God and His laws
When my farm, which was in a trust for my children, was sold, the IRS was there and confiscated the monies from the sale. I wasnāt present at the sale of the farm because it was in a trust and the Trustee had control over the farm.
They are at present taking monies from my social security benefits and leave me only $750 per month which is required by law.
The State government revoked my license to practice dentistry (my inalienable right to my pursuit of happiness) because of a law stating that anyone refusing to pay income tax could not practice dentistry.
I was never given the opportunity to state that I was refusing to cooperate with the stealing the government was doing and I was not refusing to pay my taxes
We had a trial and the government produced one witness who they kept in a locked room and was told that I was a violent person. This preventing me from discovery, she stated at the trial that I treated her by giving her a prescription for pain. That was it. They found me guilty of practicing dentistry without a license and closed my doors.
I have since then concluded that we are a government of men-not of law. I further believe that all lawyers are intimidated by the government to not bring forth certain arguments and undesirable case law.
The State Court Judge, who presided at this trial Judge Kapala, later became the Federal Judge for my district.
Recently Judge Rowskowski has had the new Federal Building in Rockford IL named after him.
I wonder how many more people who came before him felt they had been mistreated or screwed so to speak.
This tyrant belongs in prison for the rest of his life and all of his assets confiscated and sold and the money given to the poor.
I am at a loss as to what to do. I feel helpless and severely depressed. Recently I have had to increase my anti depressant medication.
Your effort to expose the corruption gives me hope.
The solution, I believe is that we should establish a new Court system which is composed of citizens who have demonstrated that they can render reasonable judgment by using common sense.
Call it The Common Sense Court with no lawyers or Judges allowed to render or assist at judgments because they are too schooled in the Law
Common sense is, after all, the basis for all law. One canāt get more fundamental than that.
This Court shall hear all cases in Law or Equity or anything brought before it.
And any appeal shall be before another Common Sense Court. Itsā decisions shall not be appealable to the Supreme Court U. S.
I firmly attest under penalty of perjury that the above mentioned is true.
Lawless America…The Movie
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
