Bill Windsor was absolutely mortified to discover that dental hygiene and dental care are virtually non-existent in jails. This must be fixed. It’s May 17, 2015 — 5:15 pm Mountain Time.
The wealthy dentists in America should be ashamed of themselves. The American Dental Association needs to correct this nightmare.

When I found myself in jail for the first time in his 66 years, I was immediately struck by what bad teeth “criminals” have. Holes where teeth used to be, visible decay, the nastiest-looking teeth he had ever seen. It was one of my first impressions.
Then I learned why. Most jails do not even give you a toothbrush. The Ellis County Texas Jail gives you a dog toothbrush that fits on the end of your finger until you try to brush, and then it falls off. The Ada County Idaho Jail gives you a mini-toothbrush that’s about 3-inches long. Threee cheers for the Missoula County Detention Center where I was able to buy a real toothbrush. But for 88 of my 134 days, brushing was virtually impossible, and dental floss was not allowed.
I don’t have very good teeth, so I floss at least twice a day, and I brush three times a day. I dread going to the dentist this week because I fear the report after being in Dental Hell.
There are much more dangerous items available in prison, so give the inmates real toothbrushes and dental floss! Dental hygiene is so important, and these men with the teeth rotting out of their heads will have much worse medical problems down the road.
If you have a toothache, the only solution offered in the Ellis County Jail or the Missoula County Detention Center is that the tooth will be pulled. In the Ellis County Jail, the tooth pulling is done by an alleged dentist who I am told does not even use novacaine. I saw three nightmare dental problems when I was there. Teeth pulled without any pain killer; the wrong teeth pulled; the wrong pain medication given after the brutal extractions; and one man who pulled his own tooth, and with a nerve dangling out of his mouth, he waited 12 hours before a nurse would even see him.
Only the Ada County Idaho Jail offered fillings or extractions, and the dentist seemed sharp. But why in the world wouldn’t he replace the temporary crown that I have had for seven months now with the permanent crown that I had shipped from my dentist in Texas?
Here’s my recommendation: Get every dentist in each county to donate one day a year. Come in and offer real dental service. Bring a hygienist, and clean these scary teeth.
Sad news to report. Kristi, one of the angels who came to my rescue when I was unlawfully incarcerated in the Ellis County Texas Jail was diagnosed with lung cancer just a few weeks ago. She was given six months, but she is in intensive care. She was a childhood friend. I hadn’t seen her in forever, but she jumped in and became my lifeline in the Dallas area. Please include her in your prayers. And if you smoke, please stop.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies. Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection. It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.
Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition. William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015. He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.
The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. “Law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.
Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
