Correction and Retraction Demand from William M. Windsor

If you haven’t been keeping up with Lawless America and me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1 or www.LawlessAmerica.org, you may be surprised to learn that a gang of cyberstalkers have viciously defamed William M. Windsor with thousands of false and defamtory statements online. 

At last count, there are over 320 articles filling over 7,000 pages, written by about 700 screen names, 99% of which are aliases or anonymous.  The purpose of this article is to set the record straight and issue a cease and desist notice to the cyberstalkers as well as a Correction and Retraction Request.

I have sued all of the evil-doers, and I will pursue them legally with every ounce of energy that I can muster for as long as it takes.

Many absolutely false claims have been made about  me, William M. Windsor.  I am not a pedophile.  I am not a pedophile lover.  I am not anti-gay.  I am not a bigot.  I am not a tax evader.  I have not committed tax fraud.  I am not a criminal.  I am not  operating a scam.  I am not a terrorist.  I have never committed paper terrorism, nor have I encouraged anyone to do so.  I am not a sexual deviant.  I have not had sex with animals.  I am not a liar.  Since I started lawless America…The Movie project, I have never intentionally made a false statement about anything related to the movie or my efforts.  I am not a con man.  I am not a con artist.  I am not a huckster.  I did not create a movie as part of a con game.  I am not conning people.  I am not a fraud;.  I am not Hitler.  I am not Hitler-like.  I am not psychotic.  My movie is not a fake.  I have not had a psychotic break.  I have never threatened anyone with physical harm.  I am not a dickless coward.  I am not mentally ill.

I do not want payoffs from people to not extort them on YouTube.  I have never committed extortion.  I have never published complete lies.  I have not published a distortion of reality.  I am not mentally disturbed.  I am not showing a distorted one sided view of every story.  I am not showing lies.  I am not showing less than half truths.  I am not dumb.  I do not have dubious moral character. My business has not died.   I do have significant intellectual skills.  I am not a sociopath.  I did not have a woman sitting on my lap during filming in Michigan, and I was not grabbing her on the ass, and I do have photos to prove this.  I did not have women sitting on my lap several times during the filming of the movie.  I have not gotten convicted sex offenders to do my filming.  I am not a maniacal monster.  I do not now and never have had Herpes or any sexually-transmitted disease.  I do not falsify information.  I was not cheating on my wife.  I did not commit mail fraud.  I am not going to jail.  I have never been arrested or spent time in a jail or a prison as an inmate.  I do not support cold­ blooded killers.  Our Washington DC event that was not a disaster.  I have not lost my mind.

I have never c0ommitted blackmail.  I have not threatened the safety of many mothers and their children by sharing their intimate and confidential information.  I have not been making up information about anyone.  The itinerary of the movie was not filled with pedophiles.  I am not a sexual deviant.  I am not a sick animal.  I am not moral-less.  I am not unethical.  I am not a freek.  I am not a psychopath;.  I was never fired for being a crook.  I have not been operating a scam.  I do not lie about anything and everything.  There is a movie; it just hasn’t been released yet as has been well-documented online.  I am not a monster.  Nothing that I am involved with has ever been or will ever be a complete lie and a distortion of any reality.  I am not showing a mentally disturbed and distorted one-sided view of every story, most of it lies and less than half truth.  I have not scammed people all my life.

I have been been defamed through false claims, videos (including a Curtis Butler video, Brannon Bridge videos, American Mothers Political Party videos, Windsor Sluggo videos, and Joeyisalittlekid videos), blogs, websites, radio programs.  Obscene and defamatory messages have been published using fake identities as well as fake identities for me, my deceased parents, and my ex-wife.  Defamation has been committed against me through filing bogus copyright/trademark violation reports with YouTube that caused two videos to be removed and a strike issued against my YouTube Channel; giving false, defamatory information to people and advising them to cease doing business with me.  I have been defamed through the use of copyrighted photos on JOEYISALITTLEKID.Blogspot.com  and other sites, including in various computer-generated humiliating poses as a gnome, a fat man wearing a leotard, and much more.  I have been defamed through published comments on Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com, a false report about me on Rip-Off Report, false charges on Craigslist, and more.  My deceased parents have had their memories desecrated through theft of their identities and creation of web pages showing them in their death beds, as skeletons, allegedly having sex with each other, and more.

I have never formed or operated a fraudulent company or corporation.

I have never solicited donations under false pretenses.

I have never misrepresented that I have a 501(c)(3).  I have never told anyone that a donation to the movie would be a tax-free donation.  I specifically stated that I did not have a tax exempt entity, and when Lawless America Association was formed, I stated when a non-profit was formed in Delaware that I did not know if donations would be tax exempt, and then I learned that they would not be.  I ceased accepting donations and advised people that donations were not tax-deductible.

I have never committed tax fraud.  I have never committed mail fraud.  I have never committed fraud of any type.

I have never operated a scam. I am not now and never have been a con artist.

There is nothing whatsoever fake about Lawless America…The Movie.

I have never had sex with an animal or a reptile.  I did not have sex with hookers in Washington DC.

I have never been arrested or charged with a crime. I have never been in jail.

I am not now and never have been a Sovereign Citizen. I’ve never attended any meetings of Sovereign Citizens, and I have never had discussions with anyone about the ideas that Sovereign Citizens have.

I have never indicated that any citizen grand jury would have the power to sentence anyone.  Obviously a citizen grand jury does not have the legal authority to impose, much less carry out criminal sentences.  My focus was always on reaching county, state, and federal grand juries, and articles on LawlessAmerica.com and recordings on TalkShoe make this very clear.  I have never planned to kill anyone.  I have never planned to execute anyone or have anyone else kill or execute anyone.  I have never said that if a jury finds someone guilty of treason that they should automatically choose the death penalty as the sentence.

I have been absolutely consistent for years that my activism will always take place within the confines of the law and that I would never advocate or participate in any violence.  The idea that it has been widely published that I am planning to murder anyone, much less every elected official, is so outrageous that it defies the correct words for a response.  I have never planned or even thought about murdering anyone or having anyone executed.  I simply set out to help expose the government and judicial corruption in our country through a documentary film and to work for honesty in government, protection of our fundamental human rights, and protection of the rights that are allegedly protected by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I am not a terrorist, paper or otherwise.  Paper terrorism refers to the use of false liens, frivolous lawsuits, bogus letters of credit, and other ungrounded legal documents to harass others, especially against government officials.  It is the filing and sending of false documents to intimidate police, government officials and private citizens.

I have never taken any of the steps described above for the purpose of harassing anyone.  I certainly do exercise my rights as an American citizen to petition the courts when I believe that is my only legal recourse in a situation.  I don’t believe anyone honest could read anything I’ve ever filed in court and conclude it is a “sham” pleading simply filed to harass someone, because nothing has been.  I very carefully research everything that I file, and I have never filed anything frivolous.

I have never, ever suggested that anyone else should resort to the tactics described above as paper terrorism either.

There are so many of these defamatory statements that I could probably write for a week refuting them, but I just don’t have time for that.  Contrary to the unfounded beliefs of some of those guilty of viciously defaming me, I have not read all 7,000+ pages of the articles and comments on Joeyisalittlekid.BlogSpot.com.  I am currently enduring that agony.  As I read, I will try to note other false and defamatory published statements, and I will try to remember to update this list of false statements and defamatory statements.  I say this to anyone who has published anything about me: If you do not have absolute, undeniable proof that what you have published is true, then it seems to me that the odds are that it is false.

These false, malicious, vicious, reckless, animosity-filled published statements about me make me sick, literally.  There is nothing even remotely humorous about any of this.  I have been publishing some of these statements on Facebook and my denials since I have no access to mainstream media to refute what has been published about me.  I keep praying that a court will act to stop these people.  Legal action against these people is obviously the only way that I can minimize future damage by stopping at least some of these cyberstalkers.

To those who have published false and/or defamatory information about me: CEASE AND DESIST.  Correct and make a retraction of all of the false and/or defamatory information.  If you don’t have absolute proof that your published statements are true, then issue a correction and retraction.  The correction and retraction must include the following: (1) Give your legal name, address, and contact information. (2) List each false and/or defamatory statement with a specific statements that it is false and a retraction.  So, if 3,000 false and defamatory statements have been made, 3,000 separate corrections and retractions must be published.  (3) Publish this on Joeyisalittlekid’s website, and it must also appear on each and every website where the false and/or defamtory information has been spread on the Internet.  So, if the information has spread to 1,500,000 web pages, the correction and retraction must appear on all 1,500,000.  (4) Email me at nobodies@att.net This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the links to each and every published correction and retraction; put this in all caps in the subject line: CORRECTION AND RETRACTION.

There are hundreds of screen names who have published false and/or defamatory information on joeyisalittlekid.BlogSpot.com.  I ask whoever is the owner/operator of that site to publish this article on that site so all of the people who frequent that site know the truth and know of this demand for correction and retraction.  It is impossible for me to list each specific false and/or defamatory statement because there are approximately 40,000 published statements, and there are thousands, if not tens of thousands, of false and/or defamatory statements or support for such statements.

I have thus far been unable to get a Texas court to enjoin these folks and force them to take down all the defamatory material.  Until that is done, I feel I ave no choice but to deny all the defamation here.

I am producing two expose documentary films about cyberstalking — Slanderella and Slanderfella.  This gang of cyberstalkers will be featured.
