The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE's name (the would-be killer Sean B**shie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.
Bill Windsor was previously accused of publishing repeatedly that he had bought a gun for use on a group of people including Allie Overstreet. Bill stood “trial,” and pathological liar Allie Overstreet could not produce any evidence whatsoever. The case was dismissed.

My criminal charges in Missoula Montana are as ridiculous and unfounded as they can be. The prosecutors filed an affidavit and information that is false and incorrect.
If the judge conducts the required hearing that I have requested on probable cause and strikes all of the false, incorrect, and unsubstantiated statements in the charges, the charges will have to be dismissed…

Word just in: Senior Citizen William M. Windsor is now charged with Six (6) Crimes.
That’s right. He is now wanted in both Montana and Texas. And his warrants are in the National Crime Information Center computers, which means he shows up as wanted in every state.
And a report is in today that a Windsor WANTED POSTER was seen in the the main post office in a large city.
