Bill Windsor reached Missoula Montana safely at 9:00 pm on August 16, 2015, but he may have violated his bail terms.

To the best of his knowledge he was not shot at this time.  He reached Missoula in time to hit Fuddruckers before they closed.

But then a very big problem…

I got in line at Fuddruckers behind a half dozen giants.  Not a one of these guys could have been under 6’3″.  Turns out they are freshmen on the University of Montana football team.  Since I am not allowed to have any contact with anyone from the University of Montana, I was careful not to speak with them or touch them.  Hopefully just being at a restaurant with someone who attends the University of Montana is not a violation.  Who knows, these sickos here could give me the death penalty for eating at Fuddruckers on the night that the freshmen football players went there to eat!

The drive here is long and boring.  It’s one of the only trips I’ve taken where I’d swear something was wrong with the clock and the odometer and the GPS.  Miserable.  I was in the car for eight hours, and I just can’t do this anymore.  It’s not safe.

Nothing to report except what I’ve already reported.

I had to return to Missoula for the drawing of the jury pool and to interview the State’s witnesses against me in Tweetgate.  I will be interviewing Sean Boushie, Claudia Denker-Eccles, and Chris Shermer

For a quick update on “The Saga of William M. Windsor” and upcoming trial, see this summary on LawlessAmerica.com.  I have been charged with two misdemeanors and three felonies for allegedly sending a tweet, sending an email to an attorney containing a required legal service copy of a filing, publishing the name of a man who attempted to murder me, and filming a documentary exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.

I could spend seven (7) years in the Montana State Prison.

I am representing myself, so I will be asking the questions.  Judge James A. Haynes previously denied my motion to have a court reporter and conduct depositions.  All I get to do is sit at a conference table and ask questions.  This will be the first time I will have ever spoken to government-paid cyberstalker, Sean Boushie.

Here are the alleged witnesses.  Chris Shermer is the so-called “detective” on the case.  He never investigated anything.  Sean Boushie is the man who attempted to murder me; he is a paid government cyberstalker who is apparently incapable of telling the truth.  Claudia Denker-Eccles is an attorney for the University of Montana; we all know about attorneys.

I won’t say anything further until after I interview the “witnesses” – Monday, August 17, 2015.
