windsor-bill-miami-newspaper-200w

Bill Windsor is alive and well and free at 6:40 am Pacific Time on January 8, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned or at least when originally planned.

Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types.  Bill Windsor is “wanted” in Montana for the crimes of filming a documentary and mailing legal mail to a criminal in Montana.

Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains “wanted”

When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Windsor has been detained by law enforcement somewhere or is otherwise incapacitated.  Updates are also posted at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.

Nothing to report this morning.  Bill Windsor had a restless night, tried to go to sleep early, but tossed and turned, up and down.  Up at 6:30 am, but wiped out.  This ordeal is having a much more devastating effect on Bill Windsor than he has recognized.

Bill Windsor will continue efforts today to find out what in the world he is charged with in Missoula Montana.  The District Attorney, Jennifer Clark, refuses to tell him.  If anyone has a friend or relative in Missoula, Montana, William M. Windsor would be happy to pay them to go to the Missoula County Clerk of the Court and purchase a copy of everything in Montana v. William M. Windsor, Case # DC-14-509, Montana Fourth Judicial District, Department 3, Judge Karen Townsend.

William M. Windsor is also continuing his efforts to find an attorney.

William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone.  It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him.  So, if you need to speak with Bill Windsor, please leave a message on currently confidential, and Bill will try to call you back.  You may email Bill Windsor at windsorinmontana@yahoo.com and Pro-Se-1@outlook.com.  Please send to both so one may get through.  Bill Windsor would like to have the names, addresses, and phone numbers of those who would like to keep up with what’s happening.  He has prepared an Address Book with all such information as it is something that you are allowed to have in prison in Montana.

If you don’t know the story of Bill Windsor’s illegal incarceration, please read it.  Part 1 is the background to the story.  Part 2 discusses when Bill Windsor was handcuffed and taken to jail from a hearing in a civil suit that he filed against the people who have viciously defamed him in what is the largest case of defamation in U.S. historyPart 3 details early days in jail and attempts to get someone/anyone to help; the conspiracy to keep William M. Windsor in jail begins to come to lightPart 4 covers events from November 26, 2014 through December 2, 2014 as the corruption of Judge Bob Carroll erupts in full bloomPart 5 introduces Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson into the corruption picturePart 6 leads to a December 19, 2014 at which Bill Windsor was ordered released by Judge Cindy Ermtinger.
