Bill Windsor is alive and “out and about” at 8:22 pm Mountain Time on January 9, 2015.
Corrupt people in Montana and Texas are attempting to put Bill Windsor in prison for life for the crimes of filming a documentary movie exposing corruption, sending an email to an attorney, and allegedly sending a Tweet.
Today was a travel day. Bill Windsor had to break down and buy an ice scraper today. Heavy ice and snow. Very unusual for Key West.
The big news of the day is that Bill Windsor heard from the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas. The justices want to know if Bill Windsor’s appeals are moot since he is free on a PR Bond. Well, the PR Bond was revoked, and even if it were still in place, William M. Windsor needs the appellate court to issue an order identifying all of the wrongdoing of the judges, sheriff, and District Attorney in Ellis County. The Tenth Court of Appeals asked for a response in 14 days; Bill Windsor will have his response to them by Tuesday. With a little luck, the Tenth Court of Appeals will issue an order before the end of January.
Other good news from the Tenth Court of Appeals: They have docketed Bill Windsor’s appeals of two corrupt decisions by Judge Bob Carroll of Ellis County Texas. This kicks Sean D. Fleming’s dishonest attorney, Barbara Hachenburg, right in the teeth.
Bill Windsor has announced that he will resume filming. He hopes to have at least one new video on www.YouTube.com/lawlessamerica within a week.
Bill Windsor is also setting up web pages to expose the notorious Joeyisalittlekid gang of vicious cyberstalkers who he has sued in William M. Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al. William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone. It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him. So, if you need to speak with Bill Windsor, please leave a message on currently confidential, and Bill will try to call you back. But he only checks that phone every couple of days in the event District Attorney Patrick Wilson is on the case.
