Bill Windsor is Still Alive and Out and About – Day 15

logo-lawless-america-the-movie-logo-final-200w

Bill Windsor is alive and well and “out and about” at 8:20 am Mountain Time on January 12, 2015 — Day 15 as a “wanted” man.

Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types.  Bill Windsor is “wanted” in Montana for the crimes of filming a documentary, suing a Montana man, sending an email to an attorney in Montana that was required by federal law, and allegedly sending a Tweet.

There is a new development as of late last night…

Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains “wanted.”  When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Windsor has been detained by law enforcement somewhere or is otherwise incapacitated.  Updates are also posted at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.

Late last night, Bill Windsor obtained some information that could cause these ridculous charges to be dropped.  That information has been sent to the person who needed to see it, and now we wait to see what, if anything, happens.

William M. Windsor is wanted in Missoula on a bench warrant for five alleged violations of a protective order.   The case is State of Montana vs. William M. Windsor, case # DC-14-509.  Bill Windsor was illegally detained, illegally encarcerated, illegally denied bond, and illegally denied discharge for 53 days in the Ellis County Texas Jail on this bench warrant.   Bill Windsor is currently free but a “wanted ” man.

Bill Windsor hasn’t committed any crimes – EVER.  He is 66-years-old, never arrested, never charged with a crime, not even a traffic or parking ticket in 15 years.  He is the victim of the largest case of defamation in U.S. history, and one of the ringleaders is a University of Montana Employee whose name Judge John W. Larson claims Bill Windsor is not allowed to print.

Surely this must be one of the most outrageous cases ever in the Missoula County’s District Attorney’s Office.   Bill Windsor has been charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors in an action that essentially means Montana law enforcement and Montana courts have voided the Constitutional right of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press.

The first two crimes that Bill Windsor is charged with are for printing two legal documents (Request for Admissions and an Affidavit) online that contained four times (8 words) the name of the University of Montana Employee who is a defendant in a lawsuit that Bill Windsor has pending in the United States District Court for South Dakota.  (Bill Windsor didn’t print them intentionally, and he removed them as soon as he learned of this, but the idea that you can’t print someone’s name is beyond ridiculous and to say you can’t print someone’s name in a legal document where it is necessary to do so…well, there isn’t even a word to describe how outrageous that is.)  The third crime (a felony) is for sending an email with a required service copy of a notice of filing an affidavit to the General Counsel for the University of Montana who represents a defendant in a federal lawsuit that Bill Windsor filed against the University and the University of Montana Employee.  The fourth crime (a felony) is for not giving the University of Montana Employee Bill Windsor’s TV show website (a property right that no one should ever have to give, and something that no one ever asked Bill Windsor to give up).   The fifth crime (a felony) is for allegedly sending a Tweet with the name of the University of Montana Employee defendant (2 words) in a lawsuit (but William M. Windsor didn’t send a Tweet or have anyone else send it — automatic Tweets may be generated by people who post on certain websites or Facebook pages, but Bill Windsor says he does like the idea of the news release he is preparing to issue that says a Senior Citizen has been charged with a felony in Missoula, Montana for sending a man’s two-word name in a Tweet).

So, William M. Windsor may die in the Montana Prison for printing a man’s name five times, sending one legally-required email, and having a website that supports a television show that he filmed in Missoula Montana.  Seven (7) years in prison and $7,000 in fines is what Missoula County Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Clark is seeking for the five alleged crimes — all clearly protected by the First Amendment.

Bill Windsor believes the University of Montana Employee is paid to cyberstalk people, including him.  The University of Montana Employee is protected by law enforcement and the courts.  The University of Montana Employee has viciously cyberstalked Bill Windsor for two years, has threatened him dozens of times, and has posted over 600 false, harassing, and/or defamatory statements online about Bill Windsor.  The University of Montana Employee attempted to kill Bill Windsor as he drove from Butte to Missoula Montana in August 2013, and he sent Bill Windsor an email taking credit for the shooting.  But law enforcement and the courts ignored it all.  Judge John W. Larson definitely has some type of special relationship with the University of Montana Employee because he has issued orders that are in complete violation of the laws of Montana and the United States Constitution.  This criminal action is an effort to destroy William M. Windsor and Lawless America…The Movie.  It actually gives Bill Windsor a socko ending for the movie (footage of Bill Windsor arriving at the Montana State Prison in chains to serve his life sentence), but, all things considered, Bill Windsor says he’d rather be in Philadelphia…or anywhere but a Montana prison.

There is no protective order for Bill Windsor to have violated.  There was an outrageous temporary order of protection issued based upon perjury by the University of Montana Employee, but it expired, and there was never a hearing held to convert it to a permanent order of protection as is required by Montana law.  Even if there was a protection order in place, Montana protective orders are valid only in Montana.  Bill Windsor did not do anything he is accused of in Montana.  Bill Windsor has been in Texas where a protective order from another state is valid only if Texas issues one.  The University of Montana Employee tried to get that, but he failed.  And the guy is a criminal — having violated many, many Montana criminal statutes with Bill Windsor and others.  This whole thing is beyond ludicrous.

William M. Windsor spent the evening organizing evidence in regard to State of Montana v. William M. Windsor — the landmark case in which the State of Montana declares there is no such thing as freedom of speech in Montana.  Bill Windsor is preparing a separate article that graphically shows each of the alleged crimes.  He needs to get to a scanner to finish the story.

Bill Windsor also spent additional time setting up the websites to expose the members of the notorious Joeyisalittlekid Gang.  Bill Windsor looks forward to exposing the corruption in Ellis County Texas.  That is where the Joeyisalittlekid gang is headquartered.  Casey P. Hargrove is the leader of this vicious gang, operating from Clyde Hargroves Hargrove Real Estate Company in Red Oak, Texas.  This article identifies the defendants in the case of William M. Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al: Joeyisalittlekid Gang sued by William M. Windsor  For those of you who haven’t read the petition in the lawsuit to see a fraction of the defamation published by the Joeyisalittlekid gang members, this article provides an overview: Casey P. Hargrove and the Joeyisalittlekid Gang commit the Largest Case of Defamation in U.S. History.  Bill Windsor will add links to the evidence as time permits.
