Bill Windsor is alive and free at 7:00 pm Pacific Time on January 6, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned or when originally planned.
Corrupt people in Montana and Texas are attempting to put Bill Windsor in prison for life for the crimes of filming a documentary movie exposing corruption and mailing legal mail to a criminal in Montana.
Some good news from South Dakota today and some disappointing news from Montana…
Bill Windsor spent the day on the telephone. The bad news from Missoula, Montana is that the attorney he hoped would represent him, Paul Ryan, said no. Bill Windsor wasted two months on the guy. So, another top Missoula attorney has been contacted as well as some that you folks have suggested for consideration. I’m calling them all, including some very, very high profile national names.
The good news comes from the capital of the great state of South Dakota.
When Bill Windsor finally came to the realization that Ellis County Judge Bob Carroll was corrupt and his wife, Kathy, was one of the Joeys and thus one of the people he was suing, Bill Windsor first filed a motion to recuse Ellis County Judge Bob Carroll for bias and a void of impartiality. He had no choice but to recuse himself and thus acknowledge that he had been biased against William M. Windsor. Then a new judge was assigned. Bill Windsor challenged him, so yet another judge appeared. He shanghaied Bill Windsor with a hearing that he knew nothing about and was summoned from jail to attend. Anticipating that this was a screw-job-in-the-making, Bill Windsor hand wrote a Notice of Removal of the case to federal court. Bill Windsor now feels his only chance in hell with Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid is to get it out of Ellis County Texas. Bill Windsor also knew that if he filed a Notice of Removal, it would immediately divest this new corrupt judge of any jurisdiction. Thank Heavens for the friendly and supportive officer who took Bill Windsor down to the Ellis County Clerk of the Court so he could file while waiting for this new judge to arrive. Bill Windsor got the Notice of Removal filed. He gave copies to the new judge and to the attorneys for the Joeys. The corrupt judge falsely claimed he had jurisdiction and proceeded to award $320,000 to Sean D. Fleming because Bill Windsor sued him for defaming him over 100 times including about a dozen times when he published that Bill Windsor was a serial killer and numerous times that Bill Windsor committed tax fraud and was a pedophile.
United States Courthouse in Pierre, South Dakota
So, the good news is that Bill Windsor called the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for South Dakota in Pierre, South Dakota. The case was docketed. Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al (formerly case #88611 in the 40th Judicial District Court in Ellis County Texas) is now Case #14-3020 in the United States District Court for South Dakota. The Joeys will now have to try to remove it to Ellis County. But the action of the corrupt judge in Ellis County who had no jurisdiction is wiped out, and Sean D. Fleming and his lying attorney, Barbara Hachenburg, lost on their motion to dismiss under the so-called Texas Citizens Participation Act, and there is no $320,000 judgment against Bill Windsor. An order under the Texas Citizens Participation Act had to be issued within 30 days, and the 30 days has passed. Now all they can do is appeal. If the appellate court judges are honest, they will croak at the actions of corrupt Judge Bob Carroll and this other corrupt judge whose name Bill Windsor never even caught. Gee, first Bill Windsor beat corrupt Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson in court and then dishonest attorney Barbara Hachenburg. Pro Se, baby!
The rest of the day was spent with all types of phone calls and errands, and Bill Windsor is tucked away for the night feeling that a lot has been accomplished today. Off further North tomorrow.
Bill Windsor filed a Motion to Quash and Motion for Reconsideration of the order that Judge Cindy Ermatinger entered on December 30, 2014. Judge Cindy Ermatinger revoked Bill Windsor’s bond because he didn’t attend a hearing that he wasn’t served notice of that was set up for the purposes of allowing the same corrupt people who illegally detained and incarcerated him for 53 days to arrest him and send him back to the lovely Ellis County Jail. Bill Windsor is working on an article about this motion and will attach all the evidence that proves that the actions of Judge Cindy Ermatinger were improper.
Bill Windsor has announced that he will resume filming. He hopes to have at least one new video on www.YouTube.com/lawlessamerica this week.
Bill Windsor will continue to post one article here morning and night so those who care will know if he is still free and still alive.

William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone. It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him. So, if you need to speak with Bill Windsor, please leave a message on currently confidential, and Bill will try to call you back. But he only checks that phone every couple of days in the event District Attorney Patrick Wilson is on the case.

If you don’t know the story of Bill Windsor’s illegal incarceration, please read it. Part 1 is the background to the story. Part 2 discusses when Bill Windsor was handcuffed and taken to jail from a hearing in a civil suit that he filed against the people who have viciously defamed him in what is the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. Part 3 details early days in jail and attempts to get someone/anyone to help; the conspiracy to keep William M. Windsor in jail begins to come to light. Part 4 covers events from November 26, 2014 through December 2, 2014 as the corruption of Judge Bob Carroll erupts in full bloom. Part 5 introduces Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson into the corruption picture. Part 6 leads to a December 19, 2014 at which Bill Windsor was ordered released by Judge Cindy Ermtinger.
Bill Windsor was never arrested, just illegally incarcerated for 53 days — a political prisoner!
If you want to reach Bill Windsor, his home address is 5013 S Louise Ave #1134, Sioux Falls, SD 57108. That mail gets forwarded to him once a week. His new email is WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com. His phone is currently confidential, but it is not answered; messages are checked by dialing in to Verizon from a state far, far away, and Bill receives an email with the name, number, and one sentence summary of each message.
