Bill Windsor is alive and well and free at 8:30 am Mountain Time on January 4, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned or at least when originally planned.
Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types. Bill Windsor is “wanted” in Montana for the crimes of filming a documentary and mailing legal mail to a criminal in Montana.
Bill Windsor is now working on court filings, preparing a civil rights lawsuit for his illegal incarceration as a political prisoner, and preparing information to publish to expose a number of government officials and others as evildoers. And he is resuming the filming.
Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains free. When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Windsor has been detained by law enforcement somewhere or is otherwise incapacitated. Updates are also posted at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.
Last night was a busy night scanning documents that were handwritten during 53 days in the Ellis County Jail. Bill Windsor is anxious to finish this for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is to make more room in his vehicle. William M. Windsor doesn’t have much more to report this morning. He is anxious to finish all the paperwork so he can resume filming and posting videos to www.YouTube.com/lawlessamerica
Where Bill Windsor goes and what he does is now dependent upon the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco, Texas. That appellate court will be deciding William M. Windsor’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. If they grant it (which is the only decision they can make based upon the law), Bill Windsor’s confinement for 53 days will be declared illegal, and further attempts against Bill Windsor in Texas will be stopped. This will leave Bill Windsor with the decision as to whether he should surrender in Montana and have a jury trial, which surely he will win. So, we wait.
Bill Windsor’s vicious, evil cyberstalkers (known as Joeys) are composed of a large number of people who aren’t very bright and were easily brainwashed by the head Joeys, Casey P. Hargrove (Dad Clyde Hargrove) of Hargrove Real Estate in Red Oak Texas. People like Jay Hoskins, for example, and mentally-challenged Sean D. Fleming. Sean D. Fleming has published that Bill Windsor bought his burner phone in Georgia because the number is currently confidential. Now what dimwit would think that Bill Windsor would publish the number of a burner phone? currently confidential has been William M. Windsor’s cell number for many years, well-publicized.

Here are some interesting stats: The population of Ellis County Texas is 149,610. According to crime statistics published at www.recordspedia.com, “between 1999 and 2008 there were 35,407 total crimes reported in Ellis County, Texas (2,795 of them violent). Of the 3,541 crimes that happen every year in Ellis County, nearly one-half occur less than one mile from home. On average, someone is a victim of a crime in Ellis County, Texas every 2 hours. This includes 32 murders, 256 rapes, and almost twenty-five thousand thefts (including 2,282 auto thefts). Over the preceding 10 years, reported crime in Ellis County had grown by 76%. During that same interval, violent crime grew by 82%. On the whole, the crime figures reflect a dramatic growth in crime over the last 10 years in Ellis County. If the current trend continued, predicted crime numbers could hit almost six thousand for Ellis County, Texas in 2009.”
With murderers, rapists, thefts of all types, many drug busts, and multiple violent crimes every month, a check of the Ellis County District Attorney’s Facebook Page reveals just one Wanted Poster. It is for William M. Windsor for the alleged violation of a protective order in Montana for filming a documentary movie and mailing legal mail to Montana. Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson is a corrupt elected official who has a vendetta against Bill Windsor because Bill Windsor whipped him in court and is working to expose Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson and others like him.
William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone. It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him.
