Bill Windsor is Still Alive and Free – Day 6

2014-09-05-windsor-bill-cropped-2669-200w

Bill Windsor is alive and well and free at 5:00 am Mountain Time on January 3, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned.

Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types.  Bill is now working on court filings, preparing a civil rights lawsuit for his illegal incarceration as a political prisoner, and preparing information to publish to expose a number of government officials and others as evildoers.

Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains free.  When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Windsor has been detained by law enforcement somewhere or is otherwise incapacitated.

Last night was a busy night scanning documents that were handwritten during 53 days in the Ellis County Jail.  Much more of that to be done.  Bill Windsor is anxious to finish this for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is to make more room in his vehicle.

William M. Windsor received an email from the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco, Texas advising him that his appeal of the denial of his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus has been “filed.”  As Bill Windsor understands it, this means it was reviewed and determined to be worthy.  William M. Windsor filed this on December 19, 2014.  The decision on this should be that Ellis County violated every extradition rule in the book.  If they rule in Bill Windsor’s favor, as they should, the actions and inactions of Judge Cindy Ermatinger should be wiped out.  This would wipe out her outrageous bench warrant for failure to appear.  Bill Windsor keeps praying that he will occasionally reach honest judges, and he’s betting the Tenth Court of Appeals Justices are the best.  This is what the Tenth Court of Appeals will decide — Bill Windsor’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Judge Cindy Ermatinger’s action of December 30, 2014 was to declare that Bill Windsor failed to appear at a hearing that he was not notified of.  Corrupt Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson told Judge Cindy Ermatinger that he sent the notice to William M. Windsor’s last-known address.  He didn’t.  The hotel where Bill Windsor had his “residence” says that there was no fax received as corrupt District Attorney Patrick Wilson told Judge Cindy Ermatinger.  And, after the December 19, 2014 hearing at which Bill Windsor was freed after 53 days, he filed a Notice of Change of Address for Legal Mail.  Bill Windsor picked up all of the mail from the post office box the morning of December 29, 2014 as he headed out of state en route to Montana.  There was no notice.  District Attorney Patrick Wilson is a liar, has broken the law with Bill Windsor repeatedly, and ignored his oath of office and obligation to enforce the law.  What District Attorney Patrick Wilson has done with William M. Windsor is a textbook example of the corruption and abuse by prosecuting attorneys that has affected a significant number of people nationwide.

William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone.  It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him.  So, if you need to speak with Bill Windsor, please leave a message on currently confidential, and Bill will try to call you back.  the only email that is working for Bill right now is Pro-Se-1@outlook.com.  The others have all been abused to stop me from being able to send email.
