Bill Windsor is alive and well and free at 7:45 am Pacific Time on January 7, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned or at least when originally planned.
Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types. Bill Windsor is “wanted” in Montana for the crimes of filming a documentary and mailing legal mail to a criminal in Montana.

Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains free. When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Windsor has been detained by law enforcement somewhere or is otherwise incapacitated. Updates are also posted at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.
Bill Windsor finally received a response from Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Clark in Missoula, Montana. Bill Windsor asked for information on what he was charged with. She wrote: “Mr. Windsor: We will provide discovery when you make an initial appearance in Montana. You may bring a jump drive for a download of the all the documents. The file is too large to send via email. You should have been advised to appear in Montana within 10 days of your release, however I will ask that an appearance be set for January 29 to allow you to arrange travel. Will that date work? Jen“
William M. Windsor responded: “I was advised to appear in Ellis County Texas for a hearing on January 21, 2015 or surrender in Montana. See the attached “bond” that was never fully executed. There was then a hearing that I was not informed about on December 30, 2014 while I was already out of Texas en route to Montana to meet with an attorney and presumably surrender. I learned of the hearing at about 5 pm the night before. The PR Bond did not require me to attend any such hearing; the court transcript will be very clear in that regard. Despite the facts, Judge Cindy Ermatinger revoked the alleged bond for “failure to appear.” I am now fighting that. Since that would likely mean I could not be bonded out in Montana, I have no intention of surrendering before that matter is resolved on appeal. I am also filing a 42 USC 1983 lawsuit over my illegal incarceration in Texas. My experience with Montana law enforcement and courts is that they are totally corrupt, completely and totally corrupt. Please at least send me any affidavit that shows what you folks are alleging someone named William Windsor did. Thank you for your response. Bill Windsor”

Bill Windsor needs to see a doctor today. It’s probably carpal tunnel syndrome, but he can’t keep his right hand from going numb when he tries to type or use the mouse. That is debilitating for what he needs to be doing now. Bill Windsor’s wrist braces are somewhere in Texas.
