Bill Windsor is enthusiastic about getting the bogus charges against him dismissed – End of Day 41 on Lawless America Road Trip #3

Bill Windsor is enthusiastic about getting the bogus charges against him dismissed at 9:25 pm Eastern Time on February 7, 2015 — End of Day 41 on “Lawless America Road Trip #3.”

Bill reports that he has completed his Reply to the Response of the Missoula County Attorney’s Office to Bill’s Motion to Quash Bench Warrant…

Bill acknowledges that it may seem foolhardy for him to place hope that any judge will do what the law and the facts dictate, but he’s always been a positive mental attitude guy, and this has not yet been stolen from him

Still haven’t caught him after 41 days.

William M. Windsor worked most of the day on this.  He also made a very important purchase should he continue to be a “wanted” man.  His purchase will make him invisible, and that’s very valuable when you are “wanted.”  Bridget was simply outstanding.

Did you hear the rumor that the leader of the Joeyisalittlekid Gang, Casey P. Hargrove of Red Oak Texas, is going to have a sex-change operation?  We haven’t heard that rumor, but it would certainly be interesting if there was such a rumor.  Casey and Brucey.

As to Bill Windsor’s enthusiasm, read all about it in the article that we will publish later tonight.  Missoula County Montana Legal Intern Tylerisalittlekid Dugger has either intentionally or unintentionally made Bill Windsor’s case for him.  Perhaps this is how the Missoula County Attorney’s Office gracefully exits this fiasco — by letting a legal intern admit that the State of Montana does not have the necessary elements for probable cause.

It’s laundry night.  Quarters required.  While Bill Windsor has joked about being in the Pacific Northwest, Florida, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Canada, and Ensenada, only one of those is accurate.  Bill Windsor was in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington, but not any longer.  Bill has bid a fond farewell to the Pacific Northwest, and he is now headed to a completely different part of the country, and that location shall remain a deep, dark secret.  Bill Windsor is taking up a semi-permanent living arrangement in the boonies, stocked with enough food and other goodies so that he won’t have to venture out but once a month.  Mail will be delivered by specially-trained courier pigeons.  It’s a nice set-up, and Bill Windsor says he will not tell a soul where he is.  When the ridiculous charges are dismissed, just like Punxsutawney Phil, he will lift his head up and venture out to see what’s up.  If no one from the University of Montana or Ellis County is around, he’ll live to stick his head further out.

Bill commented that timing is an amazing thing.  If the Seahawks had completed that slant pass for a touchdown, all that the commentators, pundits, and Seahawks fans would have talked about was what an absolutely brilliant call it was.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.  Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder him.  He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner.  The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEEβ€˜s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.  In a recent development, β€œlaw enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor worked wth a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.  He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.

Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as β€œfree” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
