Bill Windsor is enjoying being Outside – Day 1 of Post-Jail Freedom

2013-08-09-montana-hamilton-appeal-200w

Bill Windsor is enjoying being “outside” after 134 Days as a Political Prisoner – May 9, 2015 — 9:10 pm Mountain Time.

William M. Windsor was released from the Missoula County Detention Center in Missoula Montana at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.

This is his nightly update to let folks know he is still “free”...

Bill Windsor managed to get out of the Missoula County Detention Center at 11:30 am after Cheryl, a relative, bribed a babysitter.

Bill Windsor volunteered for a GPS ankle monitor as part of his effort to get his bond reduced from a high of $4.1 million.  So, when Judge Karen A. Orzech finally dismissed the bogus Texas charges against him, William M. Windsor was all set at 3:00 pm on May 8, 2015 to see the light of day.  His bond was reduced to a measly $5,000.

For the last 142 days, William M. Windsor has set up having the bond money ready in cash when he got out.  Well, no money.  The best made plans of mice and men were a mess.  Not even a dollar was there.  So, it was time to call Earl Rowe of the The Bondsman.  Bill Windsor was able to pay Earl Rowe with credit card debt.  Thank you, MasterCard.

So, Bill Windsor took his bedding, towel, mug, second pair of underwear and socks, his collection of approximately 50 golf pencils worn to the nub, and two big boxes of legal files and stacked them next to the door to Pod 3E to anxiously await the magic words: “Windsor, pack your sh*t.”

But nobody called him on the squawk box.  Dinner came at 5:00 pm, but he didn’t eat because he was saving his appetite for Fuddrucker’s.  It was almost time for lockdown from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, so he called Earl the Pearl.  Earl Rowe broke the news that in all of Missoula, there wasn’t a single GPS ankle monitor.  Bill Windsor was stuck in jail until Monday.

Talk about a kick in the teeth.  We understand he let out a few jail cuss words.  To have fought to get out for 133 days, he was long since ready to leave.  When you know you are supposed to get out, it is hard to do anything else and impossible to sleep.  His 23 fellow podmates in 3E razzed him in a good-natured way.  Bill Windsor decided to start telling everyone he will never get out.

Bill Windsor called Cheryl, and she told him to keep his chin up because she refused to let him spend the weekend there when he had a Get Out of Jail Free Card.  Later that evening, Billy Windsor called Aunt Dodie, and she told him that Cheryl had bribed a babysitter with $100 for four hours’ work so the lady from the monitoring company could drive 160 miles to Kalispell Montana and back to retrieve a GPS monitor.  Hope springs eternal.  Bill tossed and turned all night and stayed in his cell all morning, except for breakfast and medicine time.  William M. Windsor was determined to stay in his bunk until he heard the magic words.

At 11:30 am, the squawk box squawked, and Bill Windsor heard “Windsor, roll it up.”  Not quite as colorful as “All the Way” in Ellis County Texas or “Pack your sh*t” in Ada County Idaho, but the words were as beautiful as anything he had hear for a long, long time.  Guys claim he made it down the stairs with his heavy boxes and stuff in record time.  He turned to his podmates as he left and hollered: “Sorry we ever met,” and he was down the hall to change clothes, sign receipts, get his stuff, and meet Earl the Pearl Rowe and the Mystery Woman from Compliance Monitoring Systems (the sweet lady who doesn’t want her name used who got up at the crack of dawn and drove to Kalispell and back).

It took an hour-and-a-half to do all the paperwork, learn how to do what Compliance Monitoring needs done, etc.  Then Earl Rowe dropped Bill Windsor at a motel.  Inside was all of the stuff from his vehicle plus every legal to-do that he had sent out over the last 81 days.

Serious beard trimming, shave, shower, and out the door to Fuddrucker’s.  Great hamburger and fries, a few Coca-Colas, then a stop at Target for groceries (junk food for the most part).  Then Bill Windsor went back to the motel and began plowing through the paperwork.

There is so much to tell.  He kept a diary, and I am going to type it so fresh articles can be posted.

The photo above is the appeal that Bill Windsor filed when he was denied a Temporary Order of Protection against Sean Boushie.  Ravalli County Montana Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey wadded it up, threw it at Bill, and hit him in the face on August 6, 2013.  William M. Windsor appealed to the Twenty-First Judicial District Court in Ravalli County Montana.  Judge James A. Haynes, presiding.  Judge James A. Haynes entered an order saying that William M. Windsor did not qualify for a Temporary Order of Protection because Sean Boushie would have to first be arrested before Bill could obtain a protective order.  This is outrageously false.  Just about everyone knows that an order of protection is so that a person can be protected from getting hurt by someone whether or not they have been arrested.  Most are issued before someone gets arrested.

Well, guess who the judge is who has been assigned to State of Montana v. William M. Windsor?  Three guesses, and the first two don’t count.

Judge James A. Haynes.

The Pre-Trial Hearing is May 22, and the Trial is scheduled for June 22-24, 2015.  William M. Windsor is representing himself.

Bill Windsor had some investigators working while he was in the slammer, and some very interesting things have been discovered.

If you haven’t heard, Bill Windsor and his cellmates, Joshua Hooker and Alex Gibson, wrote a book during their 35 days together in the Ada County Idaho Jail.  It’s titled “Bob Barker & Me: Life in Cell Block 7.”  It will be available on Amazon soon — hopefully June.  May need Cheryl to bribe some typists.

More tomorrow morning and night.  LOTS to be conveyed.  Bill Windsor certainly became a champion for prisoner rights due to his experience.  Jails don’t even know how to spell Constititutional rights.

A TalkShoe show will soon be scheduled.

Bill needs help on typing and legal research.  windsorinmontana@yahoo.com.  Judge James A. Haynes has made Bill’s pre-trial tasks virtually impossible.

Lawless America.  That’s where we live.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.  Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor.   Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies.  Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection.  It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.

Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition.  William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015.  He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.

The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.  β€œLaw enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.  He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.

Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as β€œfree” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
