In case you didn’t know, Bill has a quirky sense of humor, and he loves odd stuff.

When he took his first road trip to all 50 states, he enjoyed the World’s Largest Ball of Twine more than he enjoyed the Grand Canyon.

It would break his heart to be just around the corner from the World’s Largest Radio Flyer Wagon and not know it was there…

So, I could not pass up the opportunity to see the World’s Largest Coca-Cola Can, the World’s Largest Sprite Can, the World’s Largest Diet Coke Can, the World’s Largest Potato, and the World’s Largest Waitress…all on the way out of Montana!

I was leaving Montana after the so-called Pre-Trial Conference that was quite a joke.  Here’s the article about the Pre-Trial Conference.

The so-called “Minutes” from the Hearing do not even reflect what took place.  I have ordered the transcript, but I’ve not received one yet, so we shall see.

It’s a shame such a beautiful place is terminally corrupt.

I spent the day working on the Jury Instructions.  This is what Judge James A. Haynes tells the jurors.  Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark and I agreed on some, disagreed on some, and there was a batch that she didn’t disagree with but said were not needed (definitions).  There are some biggies, and if Judge James A. Haynes gives instructions favorable to the prosecution, it can really hurt me.

I sent the final drafts off to Attorney Jennifer Clark, and she must respond by November 30.

The other task that has had me busy is revising my Exhibit List for the umpteenth time.  Judge James A. Haynes does not want to allow me to argue that Sean Boushie committed massive perjury or that this whole deal is a giant exercise in corruption.  I’m going to go with just the basics and have all the rest of my exhibits there in case I can use some of them at least for impeachment purposes.  When Sean Boushie lies, I will nail his a$$ with documents galore.

I have requested an updated copy of the Docket in DC-14-509 in the Fourth Judicial District Court in Missoula County Montana, State of Montana v. William Michael Windsor.  I want a precise accounting of all the Clerk of Court and Judicial Corruption with court filings.  At last count, there are 54 filings that do not appear on the Docket, including every request for depositions and subpoenas for witnesses.

I am preparing to file an Extraordinary Writ with the Montana Supreme Court regarding the unConstitutionality of this bogus action.  I am also appealing the denial of my Rule 60 motion in the civil case.  He had no legal basis to deny it, but he did.  He didn’t want to have to face the legal music.

I hope Judge James A. Haynes enjoys being on camera for the movie because he was forced to approve filming since the Missoula County Rules allow filming.  This is actually one of the factors that could cause the case to be dismissed.  Missoula County’s goal was to stop the movie, but they are suffering the ultimate loss as not only did they fail to stop it, but they all became part of the movie — ON CAMERA!  The climax of the movie is going to be filmed LIVE.  It doesn’t get any better than this!!!!!

I will be announcing a special filming after the trial in Missoula.  I want to try to get as many victims as possible to come to the trial.  Then we will film a group session followed by filming of individual stories.  So, if you are in Montana or have friends there, please ask them to participate.
