Beware of men wearing a cap, reading glasses, and a watch who are filming a documentary

Bill Windsor has taken a few days away from criminal matters to work on Lawless America photographs and movie film…

This is Jimmie’s sign – taken in the hills of Tennessee.  I took this photo with a regular 35mm camera.

As some know, I have a high definition video camera in a cap, in reading glasses, and in a watch.  There weren’t many places during 365 days of filing that I didn’t have one or more video cameras…when most folks had no idea.  There is definitely some good stuff from Montana for the movie that came from semi-hidden video camera work.

I will be setting up a Lawless America Slideshow today or tomorrow.  It features some of what I consider to be the best photographs from the Lawless America travels.  When the movie comes out, you will see that I plan to make extensive use of still photography to supplement the movie film.  I took over 10,000 photographs, and a number of these will be used to help illustrate the back stories for the movie.

On a personal note: My dizziness is better  Still dizzy, but not as bad.  My Parkinson’s-like tremors are very bad; I have difficulty using the mouse if I have to select some small text because my hand shakes so much.  And my right hand is not nearly as bad as my left.  The Parkinson’s-like tremor did not exist before I was unlawfully jailed.  It hasn’t gone away after 72 days out of the pokey.  I catch myself nervously tapping my right leg up and down off the ball of my foot, something I never did before.  And I most definitely now have insomnia; I can’t sleep for any significant period of time.  So, my unlawful incarceration for 134 days definitely caused damage.  Still waiting to see a neurologist.

I mentioned this once before in an article, but did you know that your social security retirement benefits are taken away when you are incarcerated?  This makes no sense at all to me.  Why should retired people lose money they have paid in for their entire life? 

I don’t publish this to whine.  I’ll be seeking damages in my 42 USC 1983 lawsuit against the bad guys.  I just like to document the damages.  Please don’t worry about my health.  I don’t believe I have anything life-threatening, other than being required to return to Montana next month and again for the trial on September 28.

 

P.S.  I am very aware of the laws about filming in each state.  And I’ve never broken those laws.
