Bad laws and prosecutors who could care less about justice is not a problem confined to America.

Bill Windsor hasn’t seen many movies in the last year.  Netflix and Red Box aren’t available in jail.

Bill just watched “Common.”  It’s an exasperating movie about the law in England that’s comparable to the felony murder rule in the U.S.

One of the stories filmed for Lawless America…The Movie is about a young man who is in prison for life without the possibility of parole…

Ryan Joseph Holle (born November 17, 1982) was convicted in 2004 of first-degree murder under the felony murder rule for lending his car to a friend.  A murder was committed, and Ryan Holle’s car was used for transportation to the scene of the crime.  Ryan Holle was at home asleep in bed and knew nothing about the murder.  But he was tried and convicted under the felony murder rule, and the bad law is that if you loan your car to someone and they commit murder, you are guilty of murder.  Ryan Holle is now serving a sentence of life without the possibility of parole at the Graceville Correctional Facility in Florida.

In the movie “Common,” young Johnjo O’Shea drives his cousin Tony and two friends to a takeaway, unaware that they intend to beat up another youth.  In the fracas one of the trio, psycho Kieran Gillespie, stabs to death innocent bystander, Thomas Hughes, and threatens Johnjo not to go to the police.  However Johnjo voluntarily gives a statement to Detective Hastings but finds himself remanded in custody despite being guiltless of any crime.

Under an ancient legal process known as Joint Enterprise that holds that any accomplice stands trial with the others, JohnJo was brought to trial.  His lawyer puts up an excellent case for him, but the judge felt unable to oppose Joint Enterprise and, although only Gillespie gets life, the other boys are forced to plead guilty to GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm) and get five years.  Their option was to take their chances at trial and face the possibility of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Parallel to the O’Sheas’ plight is the reaction of Thomas’ estranged parents, especially his mother Margaret, who ultimately feels a kinship with Johnjo’s mother after receiving a letter of apology from the boy.

As the credits roll, parents whose children are victims of Joint Enterprise talk to the camera.

Lawless America.  That’s where we live.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.  Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor.   Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies.  Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection.  It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.

Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition.  William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015.  He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.

The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.  β€œLaw enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.  He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.

Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as β€œfree” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
