The American Courtwatcher’s Effort has been launched by William M. Windsor.
ACE will endeavor to provide free courtwatchers to pro se parties in civil and criminal courtrooms.
Pro se parties are at an extreme disadvantage in court, and when there are people in the courtroom watching what the judge is doing, the proceedings at least appear to be slightly more fair….
ACE is initially seeking volunteers in each state who will be the point-of-contact for pro se parties in their state. Services are absolutely free, but those who enjoy the benefit of a courtwatcher are asked to reciprocate by helping others as a courtwatcher.
Anyone who would like to volunteer to coordinate the efforts in a state and all volunteers for courtwatching duty are asked to contact William M. Windsor at Bill@LawlessAmerica.com.
