Additional evidence has just been obtained to prove that Sean Boushie was on a government payroll while cyberstalking Bill Windsor.
Evidence just obtained for the year 2012 shows that Sean Boushie sent seven emails to Bill Windsor from University of Montana computers on four different days in 2012…
Sean Boushie claims he has never emailed Bill Windsor EVER. And the University of Montana claims Sean Boushie has never sent these types of cyberstalking emails from the University of Montana. ABSOLUTE LIES, and easily proven so.
The IP addresses Sean Boushie used are all static IP addresses, which means these are “permanent” addresses that remain associated with a single computer at the University of Montana in Missoula Montana.
These IP addresses cannot be accessed any way other than to sit down at a computer at the University of Montana. The dates just identified are September 13, 2012, December 10, 2012, December 11, 2012, and December 14, 2012. On these dates, Bill Windsor has dozens of witnesses to prove he was in Salem Oregon and Marietta Georgia. Bill Windsor could not send these emails as Sean Boushie claims. Sean Boushie is the University of Montana employee with access to these computers.
Here are the IP addresses: 150.131.68.26, 150.131.69.62, 150.131.64.239, and 150.131.65.113, See for yourself; put each of these IP addresses into WhatismyIP.com, and each will show the IP address is a static IP at the University of Montana in Missoula Montana.
On August 13, 2013, Sean Boushie signed a sworn affidavit before a notary, and he swore that he had never emailed Bill Windsor. The false sworn affidavit was used to get William M. Windsor arrested and jailed for 134 days.

CRIMINAL CHARGE AGAINST SEAN BOUSHIE: On August 13, 2013, Sean Boushie signed a sworn affidavit before a notary public as part of his Petition for Temporary Order of Protection. In the sworn affidavit, he stated:
“I have never emailed Mr. Windsor, contrary to his claims.”
This is outrageously false as Sean Boushie has emailed Bill Windsor at least 67 times, and he ignored at least 17 notices from Bill Windsor to cease and desist emailing.
NEW EVIDENCE FURTHER SUPPORTING THE CRIMINAL CHARGE AGAINST SEAN BOUSHIE:
Crystal Cox has previously provided evidence to law enforcement to show that Sean Boushiee sent her emails from University of Montana computers.
Here is additional evidence that we have obtained. Each of these is an email using the name “Sean Boushie” or the initials “S.B.” coming from University of Montana computers:
September 13, 2012 at 8:03 am from 150.131.65.113: “Bring it on fatass. You are just another lying keyboard koward… I guess you want your wife, the owner of your parania website, sued. So be it.”
September 13, 2012 at 9:18 am from 150.131.65.113: “Just another POS liar… Are you also an extortionist like COX? You started this ahole. Be a man, come get me.”
September 13, 2012 at 11:38 am from 150.131.65.113: “You would know all about falsifying information. Lying fat ass POS!!”
September 13, 2012 at 12:34 pm from 150.131.65.113: “Screw you dumbass. Make me koward… You had your chance, you ran out of Montana wiht your tail between your legs as fast as you could!!!! You and Crystal Cox are the ones who keep harassing me, I have the right to retaliate. You started it now I will finish it!!! If you dont like it you never should have started it. Oh and i will make sure they know that your wife owns this site and your sons company hosts this site which you are using to harass and defame them. It would be a shame if they didnt get sued also. Now go screw yourself you fat asshole!!!!!!”
On December 14, 2012 at 9:52 am from 150.131.64.239: “Oh boy I can hardly wait!!!! fatass billy Windsor thinks he can use freeman bullshit tacticts to threaten his victims. Make sure you give your most wanted buddy Mark detailed directions to my house!! Even better if he brings Cox and Shitbury!! Make sure he knows MCA 45-3-102 by heart. And bring a well armed militia. What a group of delusional sociopaths….”
Sean Boushie has committed hundreds of crimes, and he has been working at the University of Montana while committing those crimes, paid by the University of Montana. The University of Montana has been sent the evidence, and they ignore it. Same goes for the police and the courts.
Sean Boushie is protected because he is a paid government cyberstalker, and the University of Montana is protected because they pay him to do this type of work.
This article provides all of the evidence of emails that was previously ignored by Chris Shermer and the Missoula Police Department, the University of Montana, and Jennifer Clark and the Missoula County Attorney’s Office.
MONTANA STATUTES VIOLATED:
45-7-202. False swearing. (1) A person commits the offense of false swearing if the person knowingly makes a false statement under oath or equivalent affirmation or swears or affirms the truth of a statement previously made when the person does not believe the statement to be true and:
(a) the falsification occurs in an official proceeding;
(b) the falsification is purposely made to mislead a public servant in performing an official function; or
(c) the statement is one that is required by law to be sworn or affirmed before a notary or other person authorized to administer oaths.
(2) Subsections (4) through (7) of 45-7-201 apply to this section.
(3) Except as provided in 13-35-240, a person convicted of false swearing shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or both.
45-7-201. Perjury. (1) A person commits the offense of perjury if in any official proceeding the person knowingly makes a false statement under oath or equivalent affirmation or swears or affirms the truth of a statement previously made when the statement is material.
(2) A person convicted of perjury shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for any term not to exceed 10 years or be punished by a fine of not more than $50,000, or both.
(3) Falsification is material, regardless of the admissibility of the statement under rules of evidence, if it could have affected the course or outcome of the proceeding. It is no defense that the declarant mistakenly believed the falsification to be immaterial. Whether a falsification is material in a given factual situation is a question of law.
(4) It is not a defense to prosecution under this section that the oath or affirmation was administered or taken in an irregular manner or that the declarant was not competent to make the statement. A document purporting to be made upon oath or affirmation at any time when the offender presents it as being so verified must be considered to have been sworn or affirmed.
(5) A person may not be guilty of an offense under this section if the person retracted the falsification in the course of the proceeding in which it was made before it became manifest that the falsification was or would be exposed and before the falsification substantially affected the proceeding.
(6) When the defendant made inconsistent statements under oath or equivalent affirmation, both having been made within the period of the statute of limitations, the prosecution may proceed by setting forth the inconsistent statements in a single count alleging in the alternative that one or the other was false and not believed by the defendant. In that case, it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove which statement was false but only that one or the other was false and not believed by the defendant to be true.
(7) A person may not be convicted of an offense under this section when proof of falsity rests solely upon the testimony of a single person other than the defendant.
45-7-205. False reports to law enforcement authorities. (1) A person commits an offense under this section if the person knowingly:
(a) gives false information to any law enforcement officer with the purpose to implicate another;
(b) reports to law enforcement authorities an offense or other incident within their concern knowing that it did not occur; or
(c) pretends to furnish law enforcement authorities with information relating to an offense or incident when the person knows that the person has no information relating to the offense or incident.
(2) A person convicted under this section shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for any term not to exceed 6 months, or both.
I believe Sean Boushie must also be charged with state and federal crimes of cyberstalking — hundreds of counts.
