WTF – What can we do to effectively battle all the F’s?

I’ve been battling corruption hard since 2008.  Supporters and I have come up with what seemed like great ideas, but not much has worked.

I drove to all 50 states to film interviews with 50 victims of INjustice.  2,000 people showed up wanting to be filmed.  I managed to film 1,500.  750 of those filmed a three-minute Testimony to Congress that I packaged into a documentary.  We tried to get 535 people to hand-deliver the testimony (one constituent for each member of the House and Senate).  I guess it was pretty amazing that we managed to get over 300 who set appointments to hand-deliver the video.  The rest were delivered by resourceful activists, like Mark Cuyler, or were mailed.

Not one of the 535 did anything.

After being disabled by an 18-wheeler, I’ve just about lost the ability to walk, so a 50-state trip is no longer possible for me.  And since it did nothing but rally several thousand people, it’s not worth repeating.

I managed to get before the Fulton County Grand Jury in Atlanta seeking a “Presentment” against corrupt judges and the District Attorney.  I succeeded, began my testimony, and was threatend with arrest when I returned to complete my testimony on Day Two.

Grand Jury Presentments are still an option, but as the Presentments go to the corrupt people, I don’t believe they’ll ever accomplish anything unless we can remove all the corrupt people.

There are hundreds of websites and Facebook pages.  I tried to interest the owners/operators into forging an alliance, but that failed.  I remain convinced that this is a move that should be made.  We need BIG numbers.  REALLY BIG.  My goal has been 1,000,000.  Because I believe we can each come up with 250 friends, relatives, neighbors, co-workers, church members, children’s friends, and the like…. so if we reach 1 million, we have the ability to reach 250 million.

We haven’t succeeded in getting media coverage.  We couldn’t even get Trump to respond.

I proposed a new political party, which I still feel is something worth considering.  Others have tried and have failed miserably.  But my idea is different.

There are 3,142 counties (or county equivalents) in the USA.  I still believe one of the essential building blocks to trying to truly accomplish something is with a leader in each county.

I have one new idea to offer: Let’s create an alternative to the American Bar Association and their state subsidiaries.  It’s just an association.  We can form an association, just like some folks did back on August 12, 1878, and we can set our own rules.  No attorneys, no judges, no government officials.  We can accept, consider, and publicize complaints against attorneys, judges, and government officials.

46% of the parties in court today are not represnted by attorneys.  They represent themselves; they are pro se.  This new association could be limited to pro se parties, or we could open it to anyone who opposes government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  I’ve thought of names: American Pro Se Association, The No Bar Association, NotLawyers Association, WTF Association.  What do you think of the idea?  Name ideas?  Please email me at windsorinmontana@yahoo.com with your ideas.
