Concerns Continue to Mount on U.S. Biological Weapons Violations

The Center for Disease Control has declined to confirm or deny allegations that the United States government is stockpiling biological and/or chemical weapons at Sierra Army Depot, a military base in Northern California.

According to Ron Davenport, who was a biomedical engineer who worked at the medical clinic at Sierra Army depot in the seventies, the base at one time contained a stockpile of nuclear weapons.

Davenport states that much of the base is actually underground.

Frivolous Appeal SCAM of Eleventh Circuit

Corrupt judges with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit have patented a SCAM that they use to victimize pro se parties and protect their corrupt fellow judges from impeachment and indictment.

Judge Rosemary Barkett, Judge Frank M. Hull, and Judge Stanley Marcus pretend that appeals are FRIVIOLOUS. They issue one sentence orders to that effect.

Fulton County Georgia Grand Jury Effort is Working – Grand Jury will investigate 11 Corrupt Federal Judges

Great news came in the mail on June 9, 2011 — a letter from the Foreman of the Fulton County Grand Jury.

On Friday, May 6, 2011 at 9:00 am, a courier hand-delivered a letter to the Fulton County District Attorney, the receptionist guard dog at the front of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, and each of the 23 members of the Fulton County Grand Jury that was then in session. The purpose of this was to bypass the people who block access to the Grand Jury.

It worked! William M. Windsor managed to place criminal charges against 11 federal judges into the hands of the 23 Grand Jurors….

San Bernardino Attorney Defies Subpoena in Alleged “Murder for Money” Scheme

A San Bernardino County attorney has defied a court issued subpoena mandating that he turn over bank records which would allegedly implicate him in a â€œmurder-for-money scheme.â€

The account in question belonged to a conservatee and was subsequently taken over by the attorneyâ€™s client, conservator, Melodie Scott.

Attorney J. David Horspool has consistently denied knowledge of any Bank of America account pertinent to Amalie M. Phelan.

Another Weiner Pervert EXPOSED in Congress

So far, House Democratic leaders haven’t publicly demanded Rep. Anthony Weiner resign after admitting he sent suggestive photos of himself in his underwear via Twitter and then lied about it to everyone within earshot.

But they’ve made it clear they’d appreciate it if he’d go away. And soon.

In statements within an hour of Weiner’s stunning admission on Monday, not a single Democrat volunteered support for the man long mentioned as a possible future mayor of New York. And notably, none chose to comment on his defiant vow: “I am not resigning.”

It seemed that the struggle over the conservatorship of Jean Tanaka couldnâ€™t get more bizarre. Well, it just did.

On June 2, 2011, Tanaka conservator, Linda Cotterman, asked the court to have Mrs. Tanakaâ€™s daughter, Jeannie, declared to be in contempt of court, an action that may involve jail time and will most likely cost Jeannie her job (Jeannie is an attorney with the State).
