June 17, 2012 was Day 4 for Lawless America…The Movie. Happy Father’s Day!
I spent much of the day asleep. Today was a day of rest, and while I feel guilty that a host of things were not yet tackled today, it was the first full night’s sleep I have had in months. I even needed an afternoon nap. I have clearly been running on adrenalin.
While I missed being with my family in person, I now feel kind of like a father to thousands of others who I am always with on this journey.
We did not have a State Coordinator for North Carolina (though Jean Taylor-Todd just called to volunteer). We REALLY need one for every location. It makes the process so much easier.

I am worried about Raleigh as a significant interview has to be postponed because Amanda Harris as been called to court on Monday. She called and plans to catch up with me at another stop in a few weeks. Another interview will have to be filmed via Skype at the end of the movie; Ron Reale is a victim, advocate, and political candidate. If we only have one or two, I will send the crew out to shorrt B-Roll at the Capitol, at the State Bar Association, etc.
The three-minute testimonies to Congress are VITALLY IMPORTANT. If you haven’t done yours, PLEASE do one before you come meet with me. And when you come to be filmed, please bring a copy of your script to me as well as a list of any questions that you want me to ask you. I had to leave the printer/scanner at home, so I need to rely on you to bring me paper. Also, bring any proof. Some of the best interviews have been with people who brought documents and photos that they could hold up for the camera. The interviews when people did not have a three-minute testimony script were not quite as good. It’s so important!
I was on Reverend Pinkney’s Radio Show tonight. It enabled me to connect with 75 more victims in Louisiana, and I am sure more to come. I ran out of time before I could say one important thing: The problem of corruption is not color-specific. While I recognize that black Americans suffer the most abuse, this is also an issue that affects all races. I ask the black community to recognize this. It would be counterproductive to try to think of this as a black issue. It’s all of us — 99% of us who are Nobodies — and if we all work together for a common goal, we have the best possible chance of success.
Folks, this is one almost impossible job for one human being. The volunteers are SO IMPORTANT! Thank you, thank you! When I get some time, I am going to write an article to remind all of us what we need to do to spread the word about this project. But, the basic message is: Get links to the website and Facebook page sent to everyone you know — send it to your entire email address book; post it on Facebook, and ask your friends to do the same. Go onto chat boards…anywhere that you can spread the word. Abnd EVERY DAY, login to Facebook; then go to www.LawlessAmerica.com, and click on every blue Like Button under the stories on the home page. That will send the stories out all over the Internet. When you reach gray buttons, you will know that you already did those.
THREE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
- I could use one person to send out the invitations to be interviewed to every state’s legislators. We will provide the spreadsheets with the email addresses, so all you have to do is send an email that I will provide.
- I could use one person to call the crewmembers the day before they are to report to work on the crew. This means an average of four phone calls per day for 90 of the 143 days.
- I could use someone who knows (or will learn) Joomla to add the daily reports and photos to https://www.lawlessamerica.com/. I will record the reports using Dragon Naturally Speaking, so my words will be converted to a text file. I will then send you that file and the photos from the day, and you duplicate the previous day’s report, and change the information and photos.

Many people have brought snacks and drinks to the filming. There will usually be five of us on the crew, so if you want to bring something, we would obviously appreciate it; breaks are hard to come by. No need to bring a lot, but five waters and a diet root beer would always be appreciated. Special thanks to Wesley Goodwin and Donna Pilch for a bunch of stuff in Greensboro!
I want to thank those who have brought donations when they have come. We so appreciate it. We still don’t have financing. We have now raised about $8,000. Food and gas alone will run about $10,000, and our costs at a minimum will be $50,000. If each person being filmed could afford $10, it would really help. There is no obligation to donate a cent, and I hate to even mention it periodicially, but I don’t have the money, so this is simply reality.
I plan to be on TalkShoe Monday night at 10 pm Eastern Time with the first broadcast from the road.
I am now at the Comfort Suites Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. The filming in Raleigh will be done here in the Meeting Room at the Comfort Suites. Special thanks to General Manager, Sam, who is providing the meeting room and a hotel room for three nights at no charge. My room is huge, with a large sitting area and a kitchen. Whenever you come to Raleigh, stay here at this hotel to say thank you to Sam!

The Basics
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 143 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaksa. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
