June 23, 2012 was Day 10 for Lawless America…The Movie. It was spent on the road and in the capital of West Virginia, Charleston.
When a motel’s website gives a disclaimer that it is located just across the street from an active railroad crossing, you should take note. I didn’t.

When the trains passed by all night long blaring the loudest horns I have ever heard, I took note…again and again and again. It wasn’t like I hadn’t been warned. Oh well, it makes a fun story to tell.
The “Quality” Inn in Ashland, Kentucky (on West Virginia border) was definitely a dump. The lowest rating, 1 Star, is too high for this place. The only running water was hot; you haven’t lived until you’ve brushed your teeth a couple of times with HOT water. There were shady-looking people in the parking lot, so I kept getting up in the night to make sure the Jeep was still outside. Check-out time was 11 am, so I worked until a little before 11. The motel sent someone by the room and called to see if I was extending my stay. Wishful thinking for sure. I guess most people bail out of that firetrap as early as possible the next morning.
I visited the West Virginia State Capitol. It is extremely impressive, with many state office buildings surrounding it in a giant complex. I’ve been to almost every state capitol, and this may be the nicest I’ve seen.

I had three people to interview in West Virginia. One was a no-show; one was two hours late and will be filmed by the magic of the Internet. The third was a man I met on the steps of the Capitiol. He wanted to be anonymous. D.B. was a miner for 40 years. He got a home improvement loan from Household Finance. He borrowed $150,000. He paid them $15,000 a year for 10 years, and when he had a heart attack and fell behind; Household Finance foreclosed claiming he owed them $180,000. Something is not right with this picture. He didn’t want his name or face used because he says he has had enough trouble.
I spoke with a number of people on the steps of the West Virginia State Capitol. Half said they were victims. I advised the others to go home, lock the doors, and never leave their homes. One man was there decorating for a wedding that was about to be held in the Capitol. He asked about the movie. He was a victim. He asked me how we were financing the movie, and I told him it was solely from donations of victiums. He gave me $20. Was that ever nice!
It’s a long drive from Ashland, Kentucky to Richmond, Virginia — 360 miles or so. I returned a lot of calls and took a lot of calls. I received one call from an attorney in my county, Cobb County Georgia. He believes he has un covered a fraud scheme involving various attorneys and family court judges in Cobb County. I look forward to interviewing him and working with him because the abuse from the family court judges in Cobb Conty is horiffic. One of the people I interviewed in Kentucky is one of the Cobb County family court victims.
I asked all of the Virginia subjects to advise if anyone wanted to come to Richmond to be filmed. No one did, so I canceled the crew and planned a day of catch-up tomorrow.
When we meet, be sure to ask me about T-Shirts and caps because I forget to put them out or mention them. Both are $17.
The requests to be filmed continue to pour in. Several people called me today wanting to be interviewed in Richmond. It was too late, so I will interview them via the Internet at the end of the trip. This is an option for anyone at any time between now and November 3.
Bring your children, husband, or other person to your filming, if you like. I feel that more than one person telling your story is compelling.
Reminder: I really need those of you in your individual states to take charge and try to make some things happen in your state. Please call the State Capitol, and try to get us a free room for filming. Check your governor’s website, and apply to have the day I am at your Capitol named Lawless America Day. Call elected officials and ask them to come to be interviewed. Call the media, and ask them to come cover the filming.
PLEASE bring your three-minute script and your list of questions. I have found zero time to go print these, and the printer/scanner had to be left at home. If you have not gotten your three-minute script in and approved, we will be scheduling 30 minutes or less with you rather than the hour that others get. I simply must concentrate on those who have done the simple tasks that we have requested.

Nine years ago, I took my first 50-state driving trip. I enjoyed a brief visit to West Virginia on that trip.

The Basics
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 143 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaksa. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
