Lawless America Movie Road Trip II Report from Bill Windsor – May 1, 2013

2013-05-01-tennessee-sevierville-wendi-robinson-neighborhood 3-200w

I am still in Sevierville Tennessee, the first of several stops in Tennessee.

I was on location on April 30 and May 1, 2013 filming background and witness interviews for the Jimmie Robinson story.

Sevier County Tennessee is a place where folks who live in houses like this won’t get the same treatment by the police and courts as people who live in houses like this…

2013-05-01-tennessee-sevierville-leah-hichs-brackins-home 1-200w

How many people have the clout to get the First Baptist Church in their town to erect a monument to their deceased son right smack dab in the front of the historic church (originally built in 1789)?  A woman who lives in this house did.

How many folks have the clout to get the local newspaper to publish inaccurate stories?  How many folks have the clout to get charges covered up accusing their son of sexual abuse?

In Sevier County Tennessee, it seems the rich folks get what they want in court and with the police, and the poor folks are denied justice. Rich folks’ kids don’t get arrested, but poor folks’ kids do. It seems rich folks’ sons can sexually abuse their children, but a falsely-accused poor folks’ son goes straight to the slammer.

The story of Jimmie Robinson is one of the system failing to do what it is supposed to do, and in this case, it resulted in the death of a young man.  In my opinion, Sevier County killed Jason Hicks.  Jimmie Robinson admits that he pulled the trigger, but it was after he and his family did everything they could possibly do to protect a three-year-old boy from abuse by his biological father.  I have interviewed witness after witness and have reviewed reports that would cause any honest person to conclude that Jason Hicks was a sick man who was abusing his son mentally and sexually.

The local newspaper refuses to print the truth.  I look forward to telling the real story.

So you are in a trial. There is one witness against you, and he’s an attorney and a liar.  During a break from the trial, the judge and the star witness for the prosecution are smoking together in an alcove beneath one of the entrances to the building.  The judge rules against you and sings the praises of the lying attorney.  How mad would you be?  Wouldn’t that be grounds for the judge to recuse himself and the judge’s ruling to be vacated?

That’s exactly what happened at the hearing for a new trial in the case of Jimmie Robinson.  These are cigarette butts that I picked up from where Judge Richard Vance and attorney Bruce Poston were smoking.  Poston even bummed a cigarette off the judge.  Now ex parte contact is a big no-no, but between the judge and the star witness in the middle of a trial, I don’t believe it gets any worse.

And there’s more.  Star witness, lying attorney Bruce Poston, was also observed talking with other witnesses outside the courtroom after all witnesses were instructed that they could not discuss the case.

Mr. Hickman, Jimmie Robinson’s court-appointed attorney, had better file a motion to get the judge disqualified and the order set aside.  The ruling was an outrage to justice.  I know; I was there, and I know the truth about what happened and why.

It’s Day 321 for Lawless America…The Movie.

A significant number of people are scheduled to be filmed in Sevierville, Knoxville, Jackson, and Memphis over the next few days, and I will be visiting four prisons to film stories.

Can you even believe that the State of Tennessee Prison System has decided it will not allow me into any of the prisons to film?  I’m told it’s for security reasons.  But others get to film inside.  It’s clear to me that it’s for the purpose of concealing as much as they can about the horrile INjustice in the state of Tennessee.

Itinerary Plans

As of today, I plan to film in Tennessee (Sevierville, Knoxville, Bledsoe County Correctional Complex, Morgan County Correctional Complex, Nashville, Jackson, Tennessee Women’s Prison, and Memphis) for several days.  Then I plan to visit Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.  That’s as far as I have planned so far.  I will be visiting many more states, but I haven’t decided the order yet.  If your story takes place in one of these states, please email me at nobodies@att.net with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line, if you want to be filmed or have me film locations important to your corruption.

I will definitely be visiting Jackson and Biloxi Mississippi; New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana; Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and a few other towns in Texas.

I am keeping my schedule flexible, so I don’t have to push myself so hard.  It looks like I will be in Jackson Mississippi on May 8, Biloxi Mississippi on May 9, New Orleans on May 10 and 11, Baton Rouge on May 12.

I will try to schedule myself to visit any town where there is a good story or location that is important to a good story.  I need  names and addresses as I must enter all of this data in a trip routing software, and then that will be loaded into one of the GPS units.

Medical Report

With two new medications, the infection I develoepd from oral surgery seems to be clearing up.  I’ll be fine.

Miscellany

It’s 2 am and I am still working.  This project is relentless.

If You want to be Filmed

I’m sure some folks will get lost in the cracks.  If you didn’t receive an email from me in the last two weeks asking if you want to be filmed on this trip, please email again with your name, address, phone, link to your Facebook page (if you have one), and a brief summary of your story.  Put BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line as I only have time to look for emails with the subject in ALL CAPS.  This is currently the only way that I can deal with as many as 1,000 emails a day.

It is SO IMPORTANT for people who want to be filmed to email me.  I will  not be able to return to every state, and I will not be able to film everyone who wants to be filmed.  Please let me know if you want to be filmed, and provide the basic information that we need as we will use that to schedule.

If you have not already responded on these points, please provide the following by emailing nobodies@att.net with LOCATION FILMING in all caps in the Subject line (if you were previously filmed) or with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line (if you have not yet been filmed):

1.  Your name and all contact phone numbers.
2.  A list of the names, addresses, and phone numbers (if applicable) of every location that would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
3.  A list of the key documents or other things that you feel would reinforce your story.
4.  The names, addresses, and phone numbers of people who I might confront who would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
5.  The names, addresses, and phone numbers of witnesses who I might interview who would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.

The Basics

Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America.  We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do.  America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.

The movie will expose corruption in every state.  The Movie will focus on victims.  Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we hope to confront a number of the crooks.

If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true.  In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.

One feature length documentary movie is being produced.  It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals, if the movie is accepted in their application processes.

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruptionEveryone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress, and as many as possible will have a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and a recent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives.  The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.  Every member of the United States Congress has already been given a DVD with the initial round of testimony.  That DVD will, however, link every member of Congress to all new testimony, too.  At the end of Lawless America Movie Road Trip II, we will begin distributing the testimony to every member of the legislature in each state.  We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.

Over 5,000 people have requested to be interviewed for the movie, and approximately 1,300 were already filmed.  We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.

The Lawless America Movie Road Trip I began on June 14, 2012; the 50-state road trip took 241 days.  Here was the itinerary for the Lawless America Movie Road Trip I

What quality will The Movie be?

This will be a professional product.  We have professional high definition video cameras (Canon XF 300) and a variety of pro audio equipment.

Bill Windsor’s family was in the broadcasting business for 50 years.  His father began his career writing jokes for W.C. Fields, and he managed radio stations and television stations from 1947 until the late 1990’s.  He was President and CEO of groups of stations and owned some stations.  Bill learned to operate TV cameras in high school, and he was a DJ and announcer for radio and TV stations in high school and college.  Bill hosted his first television talk show in Orlando on the ABC station in 1970.  Bill was a magazine publisher, trade show and conference producer for 25 years.  His brother has worked as an anchorman at TV stations as well as news director, and he operated a consulting company that provided training to thousands of announcers and TV reporters.  Bill’s father, brother, and he have all owned and operated dinner theatres, and Bill has produced a number of live shows and events during his career.  Bill has had a number of consultants who have contributed to the planning.  During the Lawless America Movie Road Trip I, Bill Windsor filmed for approximately 200 days, generating over 15 terrabytes of digital footage — close to 15,000 takes.

If I am not coming to your town and you cannot travel for the filming, I encourage you to record a video to send to us.  If you have a webcam, it’s easy.  Record a video and upload it to YouTube.  Here are the Lawless America Self-Filming Instructions.

Yes, if you need to remain anonymous, we can conceal your face and disguise your voice electronically.

Anyone who needs to remain anonymous will be allowed to approve what we film before we will use it.

What will I get if I am in The Movie?

You will help expose corruption!

Your consideration from Lawless America and me is that I spend my time and use our equipment to film you.

Each person who is filmed presenting a three-minute testimony who is determined by me to be credible may link to the video that we place on YouTube.  Put a link on your website.

Each person who is filmed who is determined by me to be credible will also receive a copy of the video that will be produced of all those filmed from your state.

Each person who is filmed who is determined by me to be credible will also receive a copy of a video featuring people from all over the country who are experienced the same type of corruption as you (family court, probate, etc.)

I reserve the right to exclude anyone from the film and videos who I choose to exclude.  Those for whom we have a question about credibility, those who I feel have lied, anyone who belongs to a hate group, and rude people are all examples of those who we may choose to exclude.

In total, we will produce one documentary movie; one video of all testimony that will go to every member of the U.S. Congress; 51 videos by state that will go to each member of each state legislature; 750+ videos — one for each person appearing in the film/videos; and 14 videos for the special interest areas (children and family court corruption, divorce court corruption, foreclosure fraud; corporate fraud and corruption; probate/guardianship/elder abuse and corruption; criminal court corruption; civil court corruption; law enforcement abuse and corruption; military corruption; attorney misconduct and corruption; bankruptcy court corruption; government agency corruption; vote fraud; political corruption).  That’s 816 videos to come from this one project.

All of the videos will stream continuously on www.TVChannel1.com and www.Livestream.com/LawlessAmerica, and all will be available on the LawlessAmerica Channel on YouTube.

I will broadcast live every Sunday night from 9-11 pm Eastern Time while I am on the road.  Those who want to stick around after they are filmed will be invited to participate in the show.

As consideration, each person filmed will be listed in the cast for The Movie in the credits at the end of The Movie.

Buy T-Shirts.  $20 for S-M-L-XL, and $23 for XXL and XXXL.  These prices include postage.  We will have an inventory of T-Shirts in the RV

Please email nobodies@att.net with the name and contact information for any people you know who should be considered for the movie; enter BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line.  We need a good representation of victims from the variety of forms of judicial corruption and government corruption.  For example, we hope to have at least one person in each state to testify about children and family court corruption, foreclosure fraud, divorce court corruption, probate corruption, law enforcement abuse or corruption, etc.

What can we do to help make the filming an event in our state?

We would love to have it be an event when we are filming.

Getting as many people as possible to show up while we are filming will be a big help as a camera with a crowd will create an event.  So, encourage people to come, and encourage them to bring signs with messages against judicial corruption, government corruption, and dishonesty in government.

You can help by trying to get any groups/organizations with an important message to join us while we are filming.

We also need help getting the media out to cover it.  If we have a big crowds with signs, this will certainly help us get coverage.  We will be traveling with a dozen generic signs that we will allow those interested to carry while we are in town.

What other help is needed?

We need one person to act as a coordinator in each town where we film.  Email nobodies@att.net with the subject in all caps: FILM COORDINATOR – (YOUR STATE AND CITY).

PLEASE login to Facebook, and then click on the “Share” button in the right column.  This will send this article all over the Internet.
