Judge Kelly Amanda Lee appears to be another Corrupt Georgia Judge

I have been waiting patiently for Judge Kelly Amanda Lee to respond to my letter regarding the criminal acts of jury tampering and obstruction of justice by the Fulton County District Attorney, his staff, and employees of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.

My week was consumed with preparing an appeal that is due Monday.  After a mid-afternoon run to Fed Ex, I called Judge Lee’s judicial assistant, Rebecca J. Conrad.  Ms. Conrad claimed she faxed a letter to me on September 6, but I did not receive a fax.

I have always been an optimist, and I was praying that first-year Judge Kelly Lee would do her legal duty.  I should have known better…

I attempted to meet with Judge Kelly Lee on September 1, 2011.  I wrote to Judge Kelly Lee on September 1, 2011 and September 5, 2011. 

Her letter dated September 6 was received by fax on September 9.   Judge Lee said she couldn’t act on my letter unless I get permission from Judge Thrash.  COVER-UP.  She is covering up for the criminals, and that makes her one as well.

I immediately faxed a response to Judge Kelly Lee on September 9, 2011:

Dear Judge Lee:

I received your letter dated September 6, 2011.

Judge Thrash’s extremely illegal order has nothing whatsoever to do with the criminal charges of jury tampering. Attached is the order, which was issued without allowing me to respond to the motion, without allowing me to call witnesses, without allowing me to introduce my evidence, without allowing me to testify, and without any evidence whatsoever before the court from the U.S. attorney or anyone else.  In addition, Judge Thrash wrote the order before ever hearing a word from me, and he read the order a few minutes later. Enclosed is a copy of the order. Please read it carefully. It says I cannot file any complaint or initiate any proceeding. The legal definition of “file” is “to deposit with the clerk of the court a written complaint or petition which is the opening step in a lawsuit and subsequent documents, including an answer, demurrer, motions, petitions, and orders.” The legal definition of “complaint” is “the Pleading that initiates a civil action.” The legal definition of “proceeding” is “the form in which actions are to be brought and defended, the manner of intervening in suits, of conducting them, the mode of deciding them, of opposing judgments and of executing.”

Cleary advising you that there was massive jury tampering with your July/August Grand Jury is neither a Complaint nor a Proceeding.  Nor is the illegal action of Ms. Cynthia Nwokocha.

There is no law and there has never been a court ruling that I can find to indicate that any citizen may be stopped from communicating a valid criminal complaint.

I don’t mean to be rude, but your letter gives me the impression that you are not honest.  My belief is that judges who refuse to address the matters that I am raising are simply participating as accessories-after-the-fact in the corruption of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, and the federal court system in Georgia.  Judges can either obey the law and do what’s right, or they can break the law, commit crimes, and be corrupt.  It’s your choice.

I demand an opportunity to meet with you to discuss this.  If you refuse to meet with me and address this MOST SERIOUS issue, I will seek to file criminal charges against you for obstruction of justice, accessory-after-the-fact, RICO, and whatever else is appropriate.

Well, I doubt that I will be on Judge Lee’s Christmas Card list, but I simply refuse to take any crap from these crooks.  If she’s honest, then she’ll do the right thing.  If she’s a crook, she will do nothing. I won’t be holding my breath.

I have been told that the judges at the Fulton County Superior Court are just as corrupt as the federal judges a mile away.  This is my first indication of this.  On Monday, certified return receipt letters will go to each of the Fulton County Superior Court judges providing complete proof of many crimes.  If they don’t act, they’re all guilty of being accessories, obstructing justice, and committing misprision of felonies.
