Judge James A. Haynes has ordered a Second Stay in the case of State of Montana v. William M. Windsor aka Tweet-Gate.
Bill Windsor has been attempting to get Judge James A. Haynes disqualified due to his outrageous bias.

On May 12, 2015, I filed an absolutely proper Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes. It was the “second,” because the original motion somehow magically disappeared.
My Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes was denied by Chief Justice Mike McGrath (a University of Montana alum) claiming that I had failed to allege facts showing personal bias or prejudice. Here’s the Order Denying the Motion to Disqualify.
This is false. As Bill Windsor did allege facts showing personal bias, and Chief Justice McGrath was obligated by law to appoint a district court judge to hear this matter.
The Affidavit of William M. Windsor filed with the Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes specifically expresses personal bias and prejudice in sworn paragraphs 26, 27, 28, 63, 64, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, 85, 86, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 98, 100, 102, 103, 104, 106, 108, 109, 110, 111, and 112. Paragraphs 79, 81, and 85 express that recordings and transcripts of hearings are needed to document the bias and prejudice. In addition, 24 sworn paragraphs in the Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes also cited specific examples of bias and prejudice.
But judges like Chief Justice Mike McGrath do not let the undeniable facts get in the way of their dishonesty. They simply pretend the facts don’t exist. I’m not surprised by this because this is what dishonest and corrupt judges do.
I then filed a Motion for Reconsideration, and this caused Judge James A. Haynes to order the Second Stay in the case of State of Montana v. William M. Windsor. Judge James A. Haynes is intent on doing anything and everything he can to see me get legally raped in the land where rapists routinely go free.
If the Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court does what he is obligated by law to do, he will assign a district court judge to conduct a hearing on the disqualification effort. I presented 30 sworn paragraphs in my Affidavit and 28 in my Motion that expressed personal bias or prejudice. If the Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court does not assign this for a hearing, he is providing excellent evidence of how the Constitutional and legal rights of Americans are denied based upon perjured court orders. 58 sworn paragraphs, yet Chief Justice Mike McGrath (a University of Montana alum) claimed that William M. Windsor had failed to allege facts showing personal bias or prejudice by Judge James A. Haynes. Folks, the dishonesty and corruption of judges doesn’t get much easier to prove.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies. Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection. It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.
Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition. William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015. He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.
The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. “Law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.
Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
