Meet Boise Idaho Magistrate Judge Daniel Steckel. He made Bill Windsor a $4.1 Million Dollar Man.
Bill Windsor was picked up by the police in Meridian Idaho because a woman at the Federal Express store saw Bill Windsor’s Wanted for Tweeting Wanted Poster….
…The Meridian Police did not have a clue what they were apprehending William Michael Windsor for.
But hey, law enforcement doesn’t let little things like that get in the way. The Ada County Idaho Jail NEVER showed Bill Windsor any documents to support holding him. They kept saying there was a “Texas Transit Hold.” There is no such thing in an extradition case.
Judge Theresa Gardunia was sharp enough to realize that she couldn’t make a finding of probable cause since the prosecutor’s probable cause affidavit was not even signed. But again, that sure didn’t stop the Ada County Jail from keeping Bill Windsor locked in a 240-square foot maximum security cell with three other men for 35 days.
Bill kept asking to be allowed to post his bond and get out, but the jail had confiscated all of his money, checks, and credit cards. The Meridian Police Department also illegally seized and searched the vehicle he was not driving when he was apprehended inside the AT&T Store in Meridian Idaho.
Then along comes Judge Daniel Steckel. Ada County Idaho Prosecuting Attorney F. Aldijani filed motions asking for William M. Windsor’s Idaho bond to be increased from $100,000 to $2,000,000. And he did. That took Bill Windsor to the impressive total of $4.1 million in bond for allegedly sending a Tweet, sending an email to an attorney, and publishing the name “Sean Boushie” online four times in two legal documents.
What a doofus. He ignored Idaho statutes on setting bonds, and he ignored the facts and the law all the way around. But, he did make Bill Windsor feel truly special. Bill aka Montana was highly-respected in Cell Block 7 because none of the inmates or guards had ever heard of anyone wth a $4.1 million bond. Thank you, Judge Daniel Steckel. You really stecked it to me.

Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection. It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.
Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition. William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015. He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.
The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. “Law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.
