Hi folks.  I thought I’d take a few minutes to provide a general update.

As usual, there is a LOT going on…

My criminal trial is still scheduled for September 28, 2015 at the Missoula County Courthouse in Missoula Montana.  I do not believe the trial will be until November or January because of my appeal to the United States Supreme Court.  I am appealing the refusal of the Montana Supreme Court to conduct a hearing on the disqualification of Judge James A. Haynes.  Judge James A. Haynes is personally acquainted with and protects Sean Boushie, the animal who attempted to murder me.  All I want is an unbiased judge and a fair trial.  The U.S. Supreme Court will decide in the next 10 days whether I will be given until mid-November to file my Petition for Writ of Certiorari.  If that is granted, the trial cannot take place until the Supreme Court rules on my Petition.  That could happen anytime between mid-November and January.  It’s going to take at least 30 days once the stay is lifted to accommodate the Pre-Trial Conference and all the Pre-Trial motions.

If the Supreme Court does not grant my motion for an extension of time, I have to file in the next 10 days.  I’ll throw something together if that happens, and I will file on September 13.  That makes a September 28 trial impossible.  I believe the earliest it could take place is 30 days after the Supreme Court rules.

I anxiously await word from a court in Montana on my Application for a Temporary Order of Protection against Sean Boushie.  I’ve only received one favorable ruling from a Montana court when my bail was reduced from $4.1 million to $5,000.  But, I am really hopeful that a judge will grant this protection through the end of my trial.  That’s not a lot to ask.

The Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas has not been ruling in my favor for the last two months on various motions regarding my civil case against the Joeyisalittlekid Gang, Sean Boushie, *****, Kellie McDougald, Sam Round, and other Joeys.  One of the appellate court judges was a member of the Ellis County Texas “club” of judges, prosecutor, and law enforcement.  So, we shall see.  I know I am right about the law and the facts.  If they rule against me, I appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.  Should I lose there, I go to the U.S. Supreme Court.

My four Appellate Briefs are due again to the Tenth Court of Appeals in the next 28 days.  I filed them a month or so ago, and they were quashed as “premature,” so all I have to do is figure out how to file them electronically so I don’t have to spend a few thousand dollars printing them again.

The Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas is scheduled FINALLY to hear my appeal regarding my unlawful incarceration in Ellis County Texas.

Judge Cindy Ermatinger has failed to act on my Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus over her improper order that I didn’t appear for a hearing.  She has had it for months and has done nothing.  I have written asking for a hearing, and there has been nothing but silence.  If it isn’t set soon, I will file a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to have the appellate court order her to act.

I also have an Appellate Brief due to the Idaho Supreme Court.  I was unlawfully incarcerated in Idaho and unlawfully delivered to the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department.  I have appealed the denial of my Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus that was improperly denied by Judge Daniel Steckel, the judge who made me a 4.1 Million Dollar Man.

I still need to finish my Montana Bar Association complaints against Jennifer Clark, Kirsten Pabst, and Tyler Dugger.  Then I have judicial misconduct complaints, prosecutorial misconduct complaints, my 42 USC 1983 civil rights lawsuit for a host of violations in Texas, Idaho, and Montana, and my new lawsuit against all the anonymous Joeyisalittlekid people.

The response to the Murder by CPS in Great Falls Montana article has been PHENOMENAL.  At last count, it has reached 385,4689 people; with 101,800 Likes, Comments, or Shares; 1,592,890 Clicks.  Seeing the crime scene and the condition of the house and Dungeon where the baby was murdered really got people’s attention.  That CPS says they were going into the home regularly and reported “everything is fine” is criminal.  The family has never been able to get copies of reports from CPS, so I am serving CPS with a Freedom of Information Act request.  This may be slam dunk evidence that the CPS worker, Rachel Zins, falsified reports.  No telling what we may find.

I have my third call tomorrow with the Reality TV Show people.  They seem really interested.  I have been asked to present what I feel are the Top 8 stories that I have covered and explain why they will be compelling for a Lawless America TV show.

I have so much to do that I am going through one of those periods where I don’t seem to be accomplishing much.  I need one of those highly-productive spurts.

I have set up some filming in one location if the trial gets officially postponed. I will be doing at least three stories.

I have filed a Motion to Dismiss the Charges in Montana due to a Lack of Probable Cause.  It’s a slam dunk except for the fact that the judge is corrupt and will deny it.  I have filed various other pre-trial motions so I won’t get caught with my pants down once a firm trial date is set.

And in my spare time, I watch America’s Got Talent and occasionally put in a little work on a long list of things I’d like to get accomplished before I go to prison for seven years.

Each week, I receive dozens of inquiries from folks needing help with their situations.  I need a staff, and I need money to pay a staff.  The Reality TV Show could fix all of that in a heartbeat.  Fingers crossed.

Not having a family anymore does have some advantages.  I don’t have to worry about all the things going wrong in their lives.  I get to take a nap whenever I want.
