Bill Windsor is Still Alive and Free – End of Day 6

00-snow-community-signs-1500000-070325c00200-200w

Bill Windsor is alive and well at 5:30 pm Mountain Time on January 3, 2015 en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned.

En route may not be the right term, because Bill Windsor has been grounded due to weather…

I, William M. Windsor, spent the day scanning documents so I can burn CDs to send service copies to the defendants in Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al.  If all goes well, the CDs will be burned tomorrow, and I, Bill Windsor, will mail them from Hollywood or wherever I might be tomorrow.

Many folks have sent me messages saying “don’t you dare turn yourself in to the authorities in Montana.”  Only one has told me I should.  I have about decided that I will not turn myself in.  There is no obligation to do so.  I didn’t commit any crimes in Montana or anywhere else.  I wasn’t in Montana on December 30, 2013 as District Attorney Patrick Wilson claimed.  The whole deal is a lynching with absolutely, completely, totally, outrageously corrupt law enforcement and judges at every level in the most corrupt state in the Union — Montana.  I figure if I go to Montana, I will not come out alive.  So, it makes more sense to me to fight them from outside Montana, and if I live the rest of my life hiding, at least I can brush my teeth with a toothbrush, wear socks when my feet are cold, eat some decent food, and expose as much corruption as I can before I croak or am apprehended by Dog the Bounty Hunter and sentenced to life without the possibilty of parole in the Montana Penitentiary for the crime of filming a movie.

When I sent Judge Cindy Ermatinger’s court reporter, Kelly Pelletier, a money order for the court transcripts, I asked her to transcribe the hearing of December 19, 2014 first (the hearing where I was set free after 53 days).  If I can get that quickly enough and show Judge Cindy Ermatinger how she was mistaken in what she said was discussed in the hearing, then my position could change.  I just hope no one got to her as she was always EXTREMELY nice to me.

I’ll be posting a story as soon as I can about the violations of federal criminal statutes by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department.  I have found five of the legal mail envelopes that I received in the Ellis County Jail after the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department committed crimes by opening them.  I know there are more, but five is more than enough.  All were resealed with Scotch tape, the same exact tape that is on all of my personal mail that they opened and resealed.

Several people sent messages asking if this Wanted Poster of me is real.  Yep, it was prepared by those crack artists at the Ellis County Texas District Attorney’s Office, and this is posted on the Ellis County District Attorney’s Facebook Page.  Can you spell v-e-n-d-e-t-t-a?  Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson is a real scumbag.  He is probably one of the Joeys; they are his type of folks.  I know District Attorney Patrick Wilson is bosom buddies with several of the Joeys.

I love my mugshot, but I want a do-over on the profile shot.  My hair is not that thin on the side of my head.  I had been trying to sleep on the floor in a holding cell for three days when this was taken.  I want a nice, fresh shampoo and combing before my next mugshot.

As I said before, I’d really like some more aliases on my Wanted Poster.  Added should be aka Montana, aka BamPa, aka School, aka Old School, aka Pops, aka Pawpaw aka Jack the Ripper, aka Billy the Kid.

William M. Windsor does now have what’s called a “burner” phone.  It’s a cellphone that can’t be traced to him.  So, if you need to speak with Bill Windsor, please leave a message on currently confidential, and Bill will try to call you back.  But he only checks that phone every couple of days in the event District Attorney Patrick Wilson is on the case.

Bill Windsor’s email accounts continue to be hacked.  For now, the only one working is Pro-Se-1@outlook.com.
