Bill Windsor is Still Alive and Free and Disguised – End of Day 4

Bill Windsor is alive and well at 8:30 pm Mountain Time on New Year’s Day en route to somewhere, but maybe not where originally planned.

This isn’t Bill Windsor, but he did buy a hoodie jacket today, and with it on, all you can see are his sunglasses.  Not meant as a disguise, but it does serve dual purposes.

Bill Windsor continues to drive slowly and very cautiously in hopes of avoiding any contact with law enforcement.

Today was filled with messages from people suggesting that I will be making a mistake if I surrender to law enforcement in Missoula, Montana.  So guess what, the plan may change.

I verified with an attorney in Ellis County Texas that Judge Cindy Ermatinger revoked my PR Bond.  That means I have no obligation to be anywhere at any time.  The bond she set was what obligated me to appear before her at a hearing on January 21, 2015 or turn myself in to Montana authorities prior to that scheduled hearing.  I also received clarification of what Judge Cindy Ermatinger said when she revoked the bond and ordered a warrant for failure to appear.  She claimed that she told me I had to come back any time she asked, had to tell her if I was heading to Montana, and some other stuff that the transcript of the hearing will prove was never discussed.  The warrant for failure to appear is a joke.  I was not served with notice of a hearing, had alaready left Texas heading for Montana as agreed, and she has no legal basis to claim I did anything improper in failing to appear without notice.  I advised her clerk that I would be available by phone, but there was no attempt made to reach me by anyone.  I did email a Motion to Cancel the Hearing and Motion for Continuance to an attorney in Ellis County who filed it for me before the hearing.  It was apparently ignored.

The PR Bond says I have to be at a hearing on January 21, 2015 or turn myself in to authorities in Montana prior to that date.  I will file a motion for reconsideration asking Judge Cindy Ermatinger to wait and rule on the motion once she reads the transcript of the December 19, 2014 hearing.  The court reporter, Kelly Pelletier, has been paid for the transcript.  If Judge Cindy Ermatinger doesn’t correct her absolutely erroneous rulings, I will appeal.  An honest judge will reverse the warrant for failure to appear.  I don’t want to think Judge Cindy Ermatinger is corrupt, too.  Her rulings on December 30, 2014 claim the facts are something that an honest transcript will show to be false, so I hope she will correct this as soon as she reads it.

Someone(s) continually try to hack all of my email accounts, so I’ve changed my paswords againwindsorinmontana@yahoo.com is currently working.

There’s snow up here.  I should have brought winter boots, but I wasn’t thinking very clearly.  Another slip and fall on the ice could do me in.  I fractured my skull last December from a fall on ice.

I heard today that Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson wants to be a Texas appellate court judge.  Patrick Wilson is a disgrace to the legal system, and I will do everything I can to expose this highly dishonest and corrupt public official.  I was also given some interesting background about the inbreeding of the Ellis County Mafia (District Attorney Patrick Wilson, Sheriff Johnny Brown, Judge Bob Carroll, John C. Wray, Clyde Hargrove, and others).  Campaign contribution reports have turned up some interesting stuff.

I added a number of Joey identities to the list today — eight new names and a confirmation or two.

I wonder how that trucker is doing with the phone I gave him. 🙂

I can’t keep my eyes open.  See you in the morning.  I have an especially good “hideout” tonight.  My computer says I am in Las Vegas, but don’t tell anyone.
