Bill Windsor is still alive and exposing corruption at 8:40 am Mountain Time on January 16, 2015 — Day 19 as a “wanted” man.
Bill Windsor was recently illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner for 53 days by corrupt people trying to stop him from exposing crooks of various types. Bill Windsor is “wanted” in Montana for the crimes of filming a documentary, suing a Montana man, sending an email to an attorney in Montana that was required by federal law, and allegedly sending a Tweet.

Ten words, a Tweet, and an Email. What the authorities in Missoula County Montana and Ellis County Texas have done is simply criminal.
Bill Windsor worked well past midnight on the Motion to Quash the Bench Warrant issued by Judge Karen Townsend of the Missoula County Montana Fourth Judicial District Court. Bill Windsor will publish that Motion here with all of the evidence — over 4,000 files — 12.9 gigabytes. It will be filed early next week. Bill Windsor was hoping for Monday, but he was pleasantly surprised to receive an email this morning from Kelly Pelletier, the court reporter for Judge Cindy Ermatinger in Ellis County Texas. This provides important proof for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, so that will require some attention today.
Bill Windsor reports that he now has trouble even typing and using the mouse because his hands shake so badly. He has had a tremor for many years, but the stress of dealing with such outlandish corruption that could put him in prison for life is aapparently taking its toll. Dragon Naturally Speaking needs to be used soon so Bill Windsor can speak and let the Dragon software do the typing.
Bill Windsor intends to continue one of these notices every morning and every night so those who care know that he remains “wanted.” When there isn’t a new article posted, you may assume that William M. Part 2 discusses when Bill Windsor was handcuffed and taken to jail from a hearing in a civil suit that he filed against the people who have viciously defamed him in what is the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. Part 3 details early days in jail and attempts to get someone/anyone to help; the conspiracy to keep William M. Windsor in jail begins to come to light. Part 4 covers events from November 26, 2014 through December 2, 2014 as the corruption of Judge Bob Carroll erupts in full bloom. Part 5 introduces Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson into the corruption picture. Part 6 leads to a December 19, 2014 at which Bill Windsor was ordered released by Judge Cindy Ermtinger. Bill Windsor is now wanted in Montana for two misdemeanors and three felonies for (1) filming a documentary that exposes government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption, (2) suing a Montana man in a Texas court, (3) publishing legal documents that contain the name of a Montana defendant in a lawsuit, (4) emailing an attorney for the Montana defendant with a legal filing service copy required by federal law, and (5) allegedly sending a tweet containing the name of the Montana defendant. Bill Windsor was never arrested, just illegally incarcerated for 53 days — a political prisoner!
