Corrupt people in Montana and Texas are attempting to put Bill Windsor in prison for life for the crimes of Tweeting, Emailing, and filming a documentary movie exposing corruption. If you have not yet read the report of the five crimes he is charged with, please read it. And no, this isn’t a joke.
The Motion for Susbtitution of Judge…

Montana Code Annotated 3-1-804 provides that “Each adverse party is entitled to one substitution of a district judge. Any motion for substitution that is not timely filed is void. The district judge for whom substitution is sought has jurisdiction to determine timeliness (uh oh, that’s Judge John W. Larson), and if the motion for substitution is untimely, shall enter an order denying the motion. After a timely motion has been filed, the substituted district judge does not have power to act on the merits of the case or to decide legal issues in the case….”

This is just one of many things that are being filed against corrupt Judge John W. Larson. I am also filing a judicial misconduct complaint, a motion to recuse, a 42 USC 1983 lawsuit, criminal charges with the FBI and Missoula Montana Police Department, and (with a lot of help from a concerned citizen in California), I am preparing articles of impeachment to send to the Montana State Legislature.

Part 2 discusses when Bill Windsor was handcuffed and taken to jail from a hearing in a civil suit that he filed against the people who have viciously defamed him in what is the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. Part 3 details early days in jail and attempts to get someone/anyone to help; the conspiracy to keep William M. Windsor in jail begins to come to light. Part 4 covers events from November 26, 2014 through December 2, 2014 as the corruption of Judge Bob Carroll erupts in full bloom. Part 5 introduces Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson into the corruption picture. Part 6 leads to a December 19, 2014 at which Bill Windsor was ordered released by Judge Cindy Ermtinger. Bill Windsor was never arrested, just illegally incarcerated for 53 days — a political prisoner!
