Winston Frost files a sworn affidavit claiming he paid $70,000 to his divorce attorney

Winston Frost has filed a sworn affidavit claiming he paid $70,000 to his divorce attorney.  His divorce attorney, Michon Hughes, has filed a $69,000 Lien for Non-Payment on the very same day.

What’s going on here?.

Winston Frost is an attorney who was exposed on the Dr. Phil Show as a liar and an alleged con man by his wife, former wife, and ex fiance.

Winston Frost is trying to evict his wife, Tanya Hathaway, from their home.  It’s a long story better understood by reading articles at www.winstonfrost.com

Has Winston Frost’s Attorney, Michon Miller Hughes of Miller Hughes Law Firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, given up on him and filed a $69,848.78 Lien for unpaid attorney’s bills on July 25, 2016.  Here’s the lien: FD-2014-1476-2016-07-25-Notice-of-Attorney-Lien

Or is this just more of the scam?  I suspect that Winston Frost paid Michon Miller Hughes, but they got together and decided that if she filed a Lien, it would tie up $68,848 of the value of Tanya Hathaway’s home.  Here is Winston Frost’s Affidavit claiming he paid.

One thing is for sure: At least one of them has filed a false sworn pleading.
