ABOUT LAWLESSAMERICA.COM

LawlessAmerica.com began as the story of William M. Windsor's personal experience with judicial corruption and government corruption.  Due to publicity about his efforts with the United States Supreme Court, thousands of people began telling Bill their stories, and this site morphed into a site dedicated to exposing dishonesty and corruption in government while presenting ways to battle this epidemic.

business-andresr07283-1500000-cropped-200w
Bill Windsor has announced the creation of 18 management positions to manage the Lawless America Revolution and various Lawless America initiatives.

These positions have been created so you will have someone to call or email other than Bill Windsor.

Bill receives thousands of emails each week and hundreds of calls, and he has had a full filming and travel schedule and little time to respond to anyone.

18 Lawless America management positions have been established, so from now on, please email or call for the appropriate manager.

Copyright and Fair Use.  Congress has identified four nonexclusive factors as "especially relevant" in determining fair use. Id.  The Copyright Act provides: The fair use of a copyrighted work . . . for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.  In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include - (1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes; (2) the nature of the copyrighted work; (3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. 17 U.S.C. @ 107.
