Bill Windsor may face new charges in Montana - Day 48 on Lawless America Road Trip #3

Bill Windsor may face new charges in Montana at 6:05 am Central Time on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2015 -- Day 48 on Lawless America Road Trip #3.

Bill could face life in prison according to this article...

...Still haven't caught him after 48 days.

Happy Valentine's Day.

Yes, it seems that Bill Windsor could face life in prison if he is apprehended wearing yoga pants and a tight shirt.  Bill reports that he is a fan of yoga pants.

Montana state Rep. David Moore (R) is not a fan of yoga pants.

According to the AP, the Republican introduced a bill Tuesday that would extend the already-existing indecent exposure law to include any article of clothing that reveals the nipples -- men's or women's -- or "gives the appearance or simulates" one's buttocks, genitals or pelvic area.

"Yoga pants should be illegal in public anyway," Moore said, according to the AP.

Moore's proposal is a response to a naked bike ride that occurred in Missoula, Montana, in August. According to NBC Montana, more than 200 people participated in the ride.

(See footage of the "Dare to be Bare" naked bicycle ride in Missoula here. If it wasn't obvious by the name, please note this is not safe for work.)

The AP has more on opposition to Moore's proposal:

Rep. Virginia Court, D-Billings, said she is concerned that the provision prohibiting garments showing the outline or appearance of a woman's nipple unfairly targets women. "I think you are kind of being a little prejudiced against women," Court said.

Currently, a person convicted of indecent exposure three times could be sentenced to life in jail and up to $10,000. In an effort to promote enforcement of the law, Moore said, the bill lessens that sentencing to not more than five years in jail and $5,000.

A first offense for violating Montana's indecent exposure law carries a fine of no more than $500 and six months in jail. A second offense carries up to $1,000 or one year in jail. Those punishments are unchanged in Moore's bill

But Moore isn't the first Montanan to take action against yoga pants. A Montana high school received criticism for trying to ban yoga pants in 2014, with one student calling the policy "sexist and misogynistic."

“This tells women that our bodies are something that needs to be hidden," said Dayah Dover, a junior at the school.

As Mother Jones' Tim Murphy pointed out Wednesday, the Montana state legislature enacted a new dress code in December for the state capitol building that said women "should be sensitive to skirt lengths and necklines."

Gee, no Tweeting, no emailing, no publishing the words Sean Boushie, no yoga pants, and no nipple-displaying men's shirts.  But you can shoot someone for throwing rocks at you if you are a law enforcement officer, get 70 years in prison of you shoot a home intruder, and you can rape a girl and probably get away with it.  Montana, the last place on earth anyone should ever go...because it could be the last place you'll ever see.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.  Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder him.  He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner.  The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE's name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.  In a recent development, “law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.  He wasn't so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex ... or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.

Bill Windsor will continue to have a short article published every morning and every night so you will know he is still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
