  • Ideas for State Legislation to deal with Judicial and Government Dishonesty and Corruption

America, we have a lot of problems.

Our best hope of fixing some of our problems now is at the state level.  So, we are drafting proposed state legislation to deal with dishonesty and corruption with judges and other government officials.

Please review the points that have been submitted thus far, and add your comments to the article below....

  • Judges, Court Clerks, and Attorneys all commit Fraud Upon the Court

Should you think judges, their staffs, court clerks, and attorneys are honest, think again.

If you are involved in a court matter, you are most likely a victim.  It is important to understand what fraud upon the court is so you can realize when it is happening to you.

Fraud upon the court is important because orders and judgments may be set aside at any time when fraud upon the court is proven.  I have seen cases where as many as 60 years later, a judgment was set aside.

Judicial Corruption is rampant.  Our rights to a fair trial are a myth.  Many judges are totally corrupt.

Our fundamental rights have been taken away by a government of wrongs. Stolen by corruption.

Misconduct is everywhere. Dishonesty abounds. Perjury, subornation of perjury, corruption!

Abuse, Dishonesty, Corruption.  It's all common with Police and Law Enforcement.

Government Dishonesty is Bad.
We must find honest people
and make them accountable
to We the People.
